I could not find the location of this 'Hotel' and when I finally got through to them, they said it had been closed for refurbishment. I was not informed by either phone call or email and the Manager was very aggressive in her response , when I informed her of this. They refuse to give me my £50 back ....

Photos are deceiving hotel looked ok on booking.com but on arrival it was clear it wasn't at all felt like I was walking into some persons house. I was shocked too see the room we had Paid 85 pound for was actually a set of bunk beds which you couldn't move on because they creaked that bad the noise from...

An awful dump. I booked in for 5 night's 23rd December until 28th December. My "en suite room" turned out to be a room in the cellar of a terraced house. The toilet was shared. Having stayed in many third world countries in the past, I thought I'd give it a go, since I would basically only be sleeping there...

Dodgy people, do not use. I booked through website and gave my card information. I was told on arrival that they only accept cash payment so I made the payment but only to find weeks later that they charged my card too. I have been since trying to get refund without success so I have now disputed it with my...

£30 for a basement double room which had a heater on the wall. Shower was cold. Bed wasn't too uncomfortable. There were people walking round at all times and in the morning was very noisy. Not the worst place I've stayed but certainly not the best. Shared toilet facilities. We only stayed here as everywhere we went was fully booked.

I stayed here with some friends for a birthday weekend. Please please PLEASE consider there reviews before booking as they truley do provide an accurate description of the disgraceful standards of cleanliness and lack of safety in this 'Hotel'. After travelling for a couple of hours to this hotel we got a taxi from the station to the hotel. The...

This is, without a single shadow of a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. It seemed to be some sort of illegal bedsit/house rather than a hotel, with creaking floorboards and ancient carpets and furniture. The tiny bedrooms were cramped with uncomfortable beds, and the room in the basement stank of damp (the bed-sheets were...

We visited Manchester to watch a band so all me and my sisters needed was somewhere to get ready and sleep afterwards. What you pay for is what you get it was clean and the beds where clean and comfy, you don't get tea and coffee and perfect towels in your room but if that's what you want book a...
