Everything was even better than expected. The staff is very friendly. I really liked the bed and the breakfast buffet. I wish I could stay longer in the hotel and in Strasburg, the city is very pretty!

very good value for money. Very central. Very clean. Very good for a 2 star hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is no noise at least if you take a room backwards. There is hairdresser and kettle.

A small hotel in the center of strasbourg. Pretty expensive for what it is, rude staff ... I wont be back. I paid half Price in comparison to what's advertised inside the hotel and thought it was already a lot ! The hotel is being renovated as well so you've got all the issues going with that Kind of situation.

The streets for the Christmas market were all most beautifully decorated and both the stalls and shops many of which were open added to the festive flavour. The cathedral and some of the old buildings about it were unbelievably beautiful. It is hard to believe that Strasberg had the tallest building in the world for almost 200 years until 1874....

Little overpriced, but safe and well located hotel for wonderful city. Staff is busy but will always help with your questions. Opt for another place to eat in town than hotel. Beds and room are so comfortable.

They threw away my reservation because they didn't recognise the company. The booking company resent it and they refused to take payment. The room looked nothing like the ones on this site. No table. Bare. The floor sloped. No heating control (in Dec) just a large radiator that eventually heated the room. Bathroom no heating at all. Dirty sheets. Plug...

A nice, clean and comfortable hotel a few steps away from both railway station and the famous Petite France district. Although the rooms (especially the 4 bed family room) are not huge, but they seem to have been recently refurbished (at least some of them). There are tea making facilities in the room but it's better to bring along your...
