My husband and I stayed at Mercure Strasbourg Centre Petite France in January 2020 for 3 nights. We were easily able to walk from the train station to our hotel (HARDLY 5 minutes) The hotel is perfectly located, close to the major sights and some wonderful restaurants and shops. And the view from the room window, MAGICAL. Room and bathroom were just too small, but everything was super clean, the bed was comfy, so we didn’t really mind. Staff is very friendly, professional, polite and helpful all the time. Free and UNLIMITED coffee and tea for customers in the reception area. The breakfast was basic but good. We were supposed to make eggs ourselves. There were frying pans and an egg boiler machine (which I think was cool) Over all we had a good comfortable stay.

Modern boutique hotel, few mins walk from Strasbourg train station. Arrived early could not checked in however able to use the day room with shower facilities while waiting. Cafes, restaurants, McDonald’s, Carrefour etc are just steps from the hotel on same street. Easy walk to Petite France, town, shops. Room is really spacious for single use. Ample charging points, clean room. Great value, convenience, totally recommend this hotel!

I stayed at Mercure Strasbourg Centre Petite France for one night, as I was rearranged from an ibis Styles (as the latter was closed due to COVID).

The hotel is located really downtown, 4 minutes from the Train Station and about the same from the tram, which takes you pretty much everywhere in Strasbourg. The Old Town is a short walk away, and even having just a handful of hours in Strasbourg I was able to make the most of it.

The staff spoke great English and were polite and welcoming, I got a glass of wine as a welcome drink (a good wine by the way). The room was very nice and clean (well, it could have used some update, but I can imagine that before COVID this hotel was packed and there was no time to do any cosmetic touches). For me the room was just great.

I would like to complement the bed and the pillows, I slept like a baby.

The breakfast was nice, though as I understand, due to the pandemic the breakfast menu was reduced substantially.

All in all, highly recommended for a short stopover - I will not hesitate to be back as soon as I travel to Strasbourg.

Mercure Petit France is located close to the train station and walking distance to the Gran Rue . Despite being in an old building, the rooms are modern and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and breakfast is very good!

The best choice for your stay in Strasbourg is this lovely hotel localisated few steps from train station and from the famous Petite France quartier.
The staff is extremly polite and professional, the breakfast very tasty with a lot of fresh local products and fresh orange jus.
The decorations are very nice, the fitness room a must use it and the beds are extremly comfortable. The beauty products in the rooms are from Nuxe. All this made that the experience inforgatable and give the addiction to stay in this beautiful hotel as I did all the time when I am going in Strasbourg.

I booked for one night on Saturday in this beautiful small hotel.
Perfectly located near the train station (not even 5 minutes walking distance!) and la petite France.
Very friendly staff which assist you with your requests (gluten free bread in the morning - please contact the hotel in advance).
Cozy rooms, good nespresso coffee and breakfast with lot of fruits and local products.
Perfect if you are traveling alone.
I will surely come again!

Everything was great about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and so comfortable. I liked the refillable still and sparkling water jugs as well as the mini refrigerator. The breakfast was so delicious and had a lot of variety, plus special Christmas pastries for the season. And the location can't be beat, just a black and a half from the train station and right across the river from the historic town center. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in lovely Strasbourg.

Room wasn't ready when I arrived but was able to leave baggage and explore the city. When I returned checkin was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small, but very bright and very clean. Bathroom was also very small, but very clean. Bottled water, tea and coffee provided. Plenty of powerpoints. Shower has very good water pressure and good hot water. Heated Drying racks in bathroom. Very modern looking with plenty of wardrobe space. Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains, warm and quiet. Great sleep. Perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the main train station and to the historic old city. Would stay again.

Stayed during Christmas weekend and the hotel just had the perfect location! Less than 5 mins walk from the central train station and about 10-15mins walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Christmas markets.

The room was modern and comfortable (nice bed, mini fridge, coffee machine, and Nuxe products in the bathroom!) however a bit small. I would get the bigger room if traveling with someone. Love the refillable water bottles provided!

Lolita from the reception was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person! Would stay here again when visiting Strasbourg!

We had the Christopher Lloyd room! Other than that, location directly on the road from RR station (walkable) to Cathedral. With AC and sound insulated windows, very quiet. In room coffee a plus. Lobby coffee and filtered water a plus. Staff helpful with questions. Bkfst buffet more than adequate.
