HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I am a member of the Accorhotels loyalty programme, so I stay quite often in their hotels. This particular Ibis is the hotel of my choice, and i spend there almost a month a year. There are more Ibis hotels in the town, but not everyone is up to this level.

Early 90s decor (all a bit long in the tooth) in a dreadful 1970s building with the sole advantage of being close to the old quarter in Strasbourg. Think Holiday Inn à la française (tiny, all a bit "used", dirty and in need of renewal) but without the class. Street noise was an issue. During our stay, it was far...

If all you need is a good bed & clean bathrooms and do not like Airbnbs, IBIS Centre Hallees is a good choice. However, do not expect to be pampered. Eg. Your bathroom will have one fixed-to-wall shower gel tube; do not expect mini-bottles of shower gel, facewash, body lodtion or a shower cap. :) The price ( I paid...

First of all, forget the car and take time to walk around to appreciate everything. At least, visit the Cathedral and Petite France. In the afternoon, a coffee in one of multiple Cafès give you a moment to rest and to chat with friends. For dinner, eat delicious fruits de mère and fish.

My room was clean, practical and small, as expected. The hotel is above a large shopping mall and there is direct access to the underground parking. Walking distance to the cathedral. Tramlines closeby. The Ibis hotels normally offer some simple food for late arrivals, there is also a bar which is convenient.

Ibis is to us the Holiday Inn of France. Rooms are all exactly the same and that says something. Our room with super quiet as it was located on the back side of the hotel. Bed was super comfortable and the bath was just the right size. Staff was very nice and helpful. We liked the breakfast although it tends...

We end up here after a very disappointed experience in a hotel near. In this hotel the staff is very helpful. Thomas was a professional and helped us settled down quick a easy. The room is a typical ibis room, clean and well maintained. The spot is very good to walk all around the city.

There are other Ibis Hotels nearer to the train station. But we chose this as it is nearer to the attractions, all reachable by foot. It's a typical Ibis hotel - clean, simple, great bedding and complete room amenities. I don't mind staying here again.

Terrible experience at Ibis Centre Halles Strasbourg. Stayed there for 2 nights, forgot a coat at the room closet, called there a couple of hours after checking out and the front desk wasn't helpful, they simple informed that the coat wasn't there and did not even check with the housekeeping staff. Sent an email to the hotel and receive no...
