Staff were fabulous and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and spoke excellent English. We were a large group and they managed us no problem. Although I had the smallest room as a single occupent it was clean and cosy. Shower might be a problem if you are taller than

A very nice hotel, in a quiet street, with great public spaces in the lobby. A small room, with top level amenities and design chair etc.. We had a smoke-free (no smoking) floor. VERY good bed. Nice staff. They sell snacks. Super close to the old town (many shops close by).

I had booked a triple room for 2 nights in this hotel through an agency and what was my surprise when I realised that my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel. The receptionist in the moment I arrived was an adult man who received to me and my friends in a very stupid way.

We had a triple room which was two rooms, one with 2 twins together and one with a single. This was great so our daughter had her own space. The rooms were small but nice. Each had an A/C and a window so it was bright. The room had a musty smell and the shower was tiny but

Dear Guest, Thank you for your positive feedback, we are happy to see that you enjoyed Strasbourg and our location, and that our staff could help you to make your stay better, We are sorry about the musty smell and we always try to ventilate the rooms and the bathroom the most possible but sometimes guests (maybe before you) leave the windows closed during their all stay, Wish you all the best, Regards

Me and my friend visited Strasbourg and checked in this hotel for 2 nights. Then after the first night we was going to the parliament to attend a youth event for the whole day. Then at 12:10 pm we received an email where they wrote that we couldn’t stay for one more night, and

Hello, When we booked your room it was scheduled a departure on Saturday morning, which was notified in the email that we sent you. Yet on Saturday morning, you refused to leave the room and left the hotel leaving your belongings in it. We were full on Saturday night and we could not tell guests who had booked their room that they could not sleep at our hotel because a client had decided to keep her room one more night. We tried to reach you on the phone without success so we had to remove your belongings from the room so we could clean it and give it to guests who had booked. We did not doublebooked, it was you who decided to keep the room and we were therefore forced to take out your stuff. Regarding the discrimination you were subject to, be aware that thanks to this testimony the receptionist has been sanctioned and is no longer part of our team. Best regards

Hi We are thinking of Strasbourg next year for the Christmas markets and was wondering how far they are from the hotel
Quite close. You are a few blocks from the bridge that leads into town (just a couple minutes away), then you have several XMas markets to see. From the hotel to the main one on the Cathedral square is a mere 10 minutes (1/2 mile).

Dear Tom, Hotel is only 12 minutes walking distance from railway station. If you do not have too much lungage, I would recommend you to walk. In front of the Railway station, one street is going to the river with a Mc Donald at the corner. go to the river and turn left following the river. the fourth bridge is "Pont de Pierre", turn left in "rue du faubourg de pierre" which is our, hotel is located on the right side of the street. Regards. Sébastien

"Rooms on side and back of hotel are quieter."
"Definitely get that breakfast option, worth the €10/person."
"Believe every room has air condition, but if not then ask for such room. And recommend room high up if facing street due to noise. Otherwise ask for a room towards the back."
"Rooms with street view on lower floors are noisy, avoid in summer time if want to keep windows open."
