We went to Strasbourg from Colmar and stayed for a night. It's quite a long walk from the train station (with luggages in tow), but we managed. Took an uber on the way back. Location of the hotel is good, all the main Christmas markets were within walking distance, with the biggest one at Place Broglie just round the corner. Room was spacious for 2 people, bathroom was a bit basic but adequate, and bedroom slippers were provided when requested. Breakfast spread was amazing.

Luxurious hotel. Charming and romantic. Modern and spotlessly clean. This hotel was built in and around an 18th century residence and the designers did outstanding work blending the old and the new around a lovely courtyard. Located on Grand Ile, within a 10 minute walk of most of the sights. The staff was gracious and helpful. Strasbourg is an amazing town. It's like what you hope Paris will be (but never is) The people are kind and friendly, the food is excellent and the atmosphere of the city is charming. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely modern hotel in historic Strasbourg. This hotel managed to have some historic character with an ultra-modern twist. The bar was terrific, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms comfortable. Highly recommend!

The Leonor Hotel- did not disappoint. It is a newer hotel and has an amazing courtyard. Very quiet and the rooms were well appointed. This property was centrally located and beautiful. Easy walk to the Cathedral and in the heart of Strasbourg. Close to the trams and about a 15 walk to central station.

New hotel (2 years old) in central city. Really good interior design - one of the nicest designed hotels I've ever stayed at. Not over the board, however really nicely done. Personnel is friendly and professional and the food in the restaurant is excellent, the only minus - complaining at a high level - is the background music. I could have done without...

Amazing hotel at the city center close to opera, very clean and friendly staff , we walked all over the city without using any public transportation. Parking is a 3 min away a little bit expensive. Rooms are large and clean hope to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel from 1-3 August. The location is perfect, central and close to all recommended places in Strasbourg. The hotel is quite new ( located in an old administrtative building, also previously used as a police station) and very clean. Renovation and decoration are flawless: beautiful and comfortable rooms, nice restaurant , excellent breakfast, bar, interior courtyard ,particularly pleasant during the summer. Personnel is very friendly and helpful

I really wanted to love this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very good. However, I’d recommend either staying elsewhere or be willing to pay a premium rate with the most robust cancellation options possible. I had a pay for an extra unused day, because I had to leave early (early enough to make the appropriate checkout time) due to a pending French rail strike and had to ensure I got to where I needed to for my international flight. I explained this to the hotel staff. Despite events beyond my control and even some French officials encouraging people to make alternative travel arrangements to avoid disruptions, this was of absolutely no concern to the hotel staff, and they absolutely will not work with you…it will be just a way to make some more money off of you. I would’ve been happy to give 5 stars in normal circumstances, but it felt like the hotel was more interested in taking advantage of a situation even if it was beyond my control, and it really left an overall bad impression.
