Big rooms, all facilities, nice staff, good service. Overall room was clean (e.g. clean floor, no dust) -but it could have used some cleaning on handlebars, light buttons and doorpost etc. I would trust this will be taken care of in future situations once the owners have taken notice of this mention.

Excellent value for money. I was nicely surprised with the size of the room, additional equipment (kitchenette, fridge) and general comfort. Flawless cleanliness . You will not have a view to a calm street + Rhin: the direct area is less sought-after by the tourists and rather noisy, but I have a quiet, fully comfortable room and it is not far from a nice pathway along the canals towards the European Parliament.
I’ve stayed in many hotels in Strasbourg: usually you get much less for a much higher price!

It’s just a less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and another 15 minutes walk from Place Kléber. Great location for an aparthotel at a great price. Although it can be a little crowded during check in time, it is still tolerable. This place only comes with shower gel.

Only downside is that wifi access is close to zero. The only place that I can connect to the wifi is in the toilet

Let's start with the good part: the location.
Large room, clean but not very clean. Daily cleaning in the room costs 25-30 €.
Something I never suffered at any hotel: toilet paper and shower gel you had to ask at the reception.
And the worst thing: the rooms are not air conditioned!!!!!!! Horror!!!

I stayed with a friend over the weekend. The place is quite central, only 10 mins walking distance from either the train station and city center. The rooms have a tiny kitchen and a bathroom, very clean, and we were surprised to find that we had a working air conditioner on a warm weekend. Staff was super friendly and multilingual :-) For the price, I think it is a good choice and I will definitely stay here again.

It was meant to be a holiday of a lifetime booked half a year before the actual trip. Then corona happened.

France got locked down while I was in the country, and my flight to Strasbourg from Lyon was cancelled. I had no other choice but to rush back home.

My Strasbourg friend (native French speaker) called this hotel in March to ask them about my stay, and the male staff member promised a refund. Sent multiple emails. No answer. Called again in May. They promised a refund again. Then in the email said no refund, just a voucher and my friend misunderstood them. No he didn't.

Hey, Australia is locked. There's a BAN ON OVERSEAS TRAVEL in place. Put by the Australian Government.

All non-refundable rates are refundable when corona happens if hotel management cares (yes I work in a hotel myself and I know how it's organised from inside). Keep my money then and be happy. I would never support you and would not return when/if I come back to France

Greedy! Due to strikes in France, I was unable to reach the city and this hotel. Despite this being out of my control and widely disruptive, the hotel made me pay full price, refusing to give any discount or consideration to my circumstances. I found this to be dismissive with a real lack of understanding or empathy. Avoid this hotel and their money-driven mentality!

Honestly the location was a 4/5, we arrived early so they kept our luggage for 4 hours while we roamed around the city, which was very cool. The room was extra clean, it even had coffee and tea. 🥹 Overall i would highly recommend this hotel, i didn’t expect such hospitality.

The check in was at 3 pm and we had to walk to the next block because the building was separated. The cleaning service wasn't finished by the time we checked in. They just offered us breakfast for the inconvenience. There was no cleaning service during our stay. Also for entering to the building you need a code, because there wasn't a reception on the second building, if you forget the code, you cannot enter.

Good stay.
Excellent localisation.
Cleaning can be better. (1 free cleaning during a 1 week stay)
Had a problem with the vicinities but taken care of the day after.
Lots of noise during the day if you need to take a nap though.
Overall good.
