Great central location.
Staff was extremely kind and available, spoke different languages without any issues.
The hotel and the rooms were new and renovated, clean and well-lit. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of certain amenities such as shampoos/conditioners especially if you wanted to wash your hair and a hairdryer in the room itself, but the hotel staff quickly remedied and provided us with one.
The breakfast was really good and had lots of options.

The hotel is on a quiet road a short distance from Place de la République and a two minute walk from Parc du Contades tram stop, with easy access to the city centre.

The check-in process was straightforward. Although I booked a 'superior' room, given that hotels in Strasbourg are generally quite expensive, I wasn't expecting a great deal. It was clean and absolutely fine for a quick stop over, but it could hardly be described as 'superior'. The room was quite small, the bed not particularly comfortable and the room generally was a little rough around the edges and in need of a little attention.

I had breakfast booked each morning, but only ate there the first morning as the choice and quality wasn't great.

I would stay here again if necessary but there are probably better options out there, particularly if you are staying for leisure and not business.

Location is not bad 10 mins from centre town. Hotel is basic. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a slide door that did not work so could not close. No one at reception after 10 pm and no access to any business area. Can be a little loud both inside and out.

Saddest, ugliest and most tired hotel I have ever been in (and I travel 20+ times a year). Bathroom in room 19 was dirty (traces of feces in the toilet!!!), rusty and unclean (mobility aids) and with traces of mold (shower and windowsill). The flooring has come undone in the room, the furniture was less than minimal and damaged. Front desk service was minimal but courteous, the only bright-ish point in what was otherwise a robbery for almost EUR150/night.

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of Strasbourg close to all important spots in the city centre. The staff is very kind and so helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Was happy with the room too. It was spacious and clean. Great thing is, you don't have to hand the key in reception when leaving, so you're not left waiting in case the receptionist had to go somewhere. Definitely recommend.

This hotel was really a terrific find! Well located; charming room, and very friendly and helpful staff - who speak a variety of languages. It was also very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel room was very small but it was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect in walking distance to the inner city for sightseeing. The parking is in my opinion VERY expensive, and if you arent french its hard to understand how the payment works. For 1 day it was 35 euro's.

I was quite excited about staying here when I arrived. Good location, easy to park in a city which is generally a nightmare for car parking, five minute walk from the main centre...all good. Except when I arrived a couple of hours before the stated 3pm checkin i was advised that early check in would cost me 15 euros. So I didn't go for that, opting instead to get changed in the loo and leave my bags at reception. When I did finally check in I took myself off for a run, came back looking forward to a nice hot shower...to find it was cold. Which is how it remained for the 2 nights I stayed here. Which is ridiculous. They could not sort it out. The room was rather nice, so it was a shame the shower was faulty. Basically though my issue should have been sorted. Then I would have awarded 3/4 stars for the location and the reasonable price.

This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting Strasbourg with a car. There is plenty of cheap public parking (€4 per day) at the front of the hotel and it is just a short 10 minute walk to the city centre. Our room was spacious (we paid extra to get a larger room) with a comfortable bed & a small but functional bathroom. Unfortunately we were on the ground floor so we didn't feel comfortable about sleeping with the windows open (no air conditioning). The breakfast was really great but we didn't like the coffee from the machine.
