We booked for one night only, stayed with 2 friends in a double room where we got reception to add one single bed. The rooms were very clean, the shower had all facilities needed. Friedly reception, accommodated our requests nicely. Location is also good, pretty comfrotable to reach the city centre by foot. Overall, not much to say as we...

The bedroom (double) and bathroom were clean and the room was very spacious for two people. Great value for money (especially if booking with 3 people) and a great location, I was able to walk to every sight worth seeing in Bordeaux. There are also many cafes and banks nearby and the tram stop just outside if you need it....

My in-laws and I stayed in 2 rooms at this hotel for 2 nights. Having driven to Bordeaux, we found the garage of this hotel very convenient. It is directly beneath the hotel, with lifts going directly to the rooms. The garage was also spacious, without any tight angles as is often the case in many garages throughout France. I...

We arrived at the hotel after the check-in time and were asked to wait as no rooms were yet available. We then saw a number of other guests come in and check-in before querying with reception who then gave us a room. There was no apology for waiting and I'm fairly sure that the other guests were checking into identical...

We stayed for two nights at this hotel as part of a group coach tour. It is located within a short walking distance to the Place Pey-Berland, where there were several good cafes and of course, the historic St. Andre Cathedral. The city's excellent tram system was available just outside the hotel, so we could travel virtually anywhere we wished....

hotel is very smart and modern with hard to find parking. there is a large public multi storey car park 100 yards away. The hotel is conveniently located for the town centre. We were given a room on the top floor which had a good disabled wet room however a small double bed was fitted in right against the wall...

I found my experience very poor, reception staff were very rude and did not attempt to help with any problems. Air conditioning did not work and we were told that it is turned off after main summer period. Sleepless night in a very hot room and little ventilation from very small window which could not be opened. Double room consisted...

Poor customer service, facilities not available, room in poor condition - air conditioning did very little to cool the room. Made a complaint and eight weeks later the hotel have not even replied to their own 'Accor hotels' customer services department - not a surprise when the reception staff are so rude.

A functional hotel very central for walking to the old centre or taking the tram, or the number 1 bus from the airport. It has a good restaurant and a comfortable bar area, which even has Belgian beer on tap.

Our reservation was made through the tour organizer for Medoc Marathon. The location is not very central, the air conditioning was pathetic, the beds only had a comforter, no top sheet and it was September with 90 degree temps! Very basic, almost felt like I was being punished. No amenities whatsoever, like camping in a cheap hotel.
