Been there many times. Just behind a wonderful church, in Chartrons neighbourhood. Parking very close to the hotel. Historical building, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Every time I go to Bordeaux I am staying here and I always enjoy it.

We stayed in Hotel Notre Dame for 3 nights. The location is very good, considering that trams and supermarkets are on walking distance (200m) and the city centre is about 5 minutes away. It's a quiet area but also very pleasant, lots of restaurants and cafes. You feel like a local, there aren't many tourists in this area. The Hotel...

It was close to two tram lines, but if you wanted a leisurely stroll to the river and the fountains or the Girondins memorial you could do that too. There's a nearby Carrefour and cafes, but I took up the breakfast option since I was there during a Sunday and a public holiday after that. It was more limited option...

Stayed here for a weekend while the Euros 2016 were on. Great value for money at the time, and very close to the fanzone. We were on the third floor, with a winding staircase all the way up (no lift). It was tiring, so be wary if you're not very mobile or fit. Room was a bit small - just...

This hotel is located close to two trams lines - I was there for Euro 2016 so the tram line to ground was close and so was the fanzone - You are within a few minutes of the river and there is very nice market there - the hotel rooms are very clean and the staff were very helpful -...

This hotel is in a very good location, in a nice part of town, which is within walking distance of the city centre. Facilities were good and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and I definitely stay here again if i was in Bordeaux.

I loved this location in the Chartrons. The hotel is steps away from the quai and the waterfront and lots of dining. It is even an easy walk to the Jardin and to downtown Bordeaux. The room is spacious and clean, with lots of light from the windows and a good sized shower. A couple of downsides: There is no...

Stayed in room 107, second floor. Very very small, very dim, dark and dingy, bed linen clean, well the sheets were but the duvets left a lot to be desired. Pillows flat and squashed. Bathroom very tiny, towels were very old, thin and threadbare. Hairdryer useless. Floor very slippery. Breakfast was continental, with little choice and not included in price. Now...

Dear Claire, Thank you for your opinion. As you can see our team is totally able to speak english (maybe not perfectly, but enough to understand and answer). You was in the twin room 107, on the first floor, which is a 17.00 M². We are renewing our towels and duvets (some of them old but clean), and we intend...

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Notre-Dame. It is located down a lovely little street not too far from the main old town district, and the street is lined with lots of antique stores which make a lovely enjoyable atmosphere. The rooms don't have air con, but they do supply a fan, which was very much needed on...
