Clean and convenient hotel with access to the Bordeaux tram. The rooms were modern and spacious, worth the tram trip into town. One afternoon, our nap ran late and we went across the street at Quai de Marques for dinner. I am a hotel bathroom toiletries snob, this place delivered!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. The hotel was ok. Room was nice. Bathroom layout was not the best. The carpet in our floor halleay had stains--was not so impressive. Nice location. Parking was a challenge but we managed. We will try another hotel if we return

If you visit Bordeaux as a tourist, please mark that the Seekoo Hotel (which, apparently, means "iceberg" in the language of the inuit) is around three to four tramway stops from the old town and its attractions. This is not a problem, however, as public transport is reliable and good value (go for a day-long card). Rooms at the Seekoo...

I changed my room once because of smell in my room. The other one wasn't any better: for a non-smoking rooms they were smelling really badly "smoked". Toilet smelled like old vommit. The hotel was really expensive compared to its quality. On the positives: Breakfast was nice and staff was kind. Unfortunately that doesn't make up all the lacks they...

Cozy, modern, good location not too far from downtown and great staff. Room service starts only at 8:30 PM, which is a bit too late. Breakfast is fine and the design concept is interesting. There is no gym. Not too many eating options around. Good shopping available in the area.

I stayed there with the girlfriend in Oct 2015. We paid around $200USD for one night so we were expecting to have a nice stay. The cons: 1. We showed up at 1pm and the room was not ready. The check in time is 3pm on the website. We came back around 5pm. the room was ready but the check-in...

Con: terrible smell of sewage in reception, front of hotel and on 4th floor. Cant check in before...

The hotel is in a good location with very easy tram access to the centre of Bordeaux (5 min on the tram). It's a strange looking place and certainly not what I'd normally go for, but onsite parking and the price sold it for us. Interaction with the staff was very limited other than a quick goodbye and hello as...

Who rated this place 4 stars? While the lobby is stylish, travelers beware of room 403! A 1 or 2 star rating would be a better fit. To start, the curtains next to the bed were FILTHY. Seriously, I wonder what past guests were doing in this room for these stains to happen... and why the heck staff didn't think...

This 4-star hotel is the worst we have ever been in: 1. The smell in the reception was awful - a clear plumbing issue or something else but very unpleasant; 2. The carpet in the reception and in the elevator will give you insight of the full history of the hotel; 3. In the room the carpet history continues; the...
