My wife and I stayed for three days and we enjoyed our stay. Annabelle spoke good english and helped with directions in and around biarritz. The hotel itself is within a 10 minute walk to the main centre and the beach. There is cafe's and restaurants close by, and also a supermarket. The hotel has stairs and no lift so...

The hotel was really cute, very nice rooms that were well-cared for. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well. My only concern was finding parking - I arrived on a sunny spring day, not even peak season, and it was a challenge to find a spot. There is a space in front to stop and drop off your...

I stayed here for 1 night - and in Biarritz it was amongst the most affordable for a solo traveler on a reasonable budget. The room was a single, it was small but had been updated so it felt clean (including the bathroom!), plus free wifi with decent speed (enough to watch netflix if the surf & sun wore you...

My son and I stayed for a week when surfing in Biarritz. It was only minutes from the beach and a short walk to Restaurants and shops. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. The Owners were very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent wifi, but the room was not that good. Humid and smelled a bit funny, and impossible to dry swim suits in. Nothing alarming but I'd probably stay somewhere else if I go back to Biarritz.

Hotel Parc Mazon worked well for my wife and I. It's in a good location away from any noise and traffic but close enough to walk 5 minutes to the middle of town. The bathroom in our room was a bit small but it served it's purpose as we were out all day and who wants to stay in a...

The hotel has been recently re-furbed by the new owner, who has done out the hallways, rooms and breakfast room nice and modern, with a definite basque decor and feel. It is ideally situated, five minutes walk from the Cote Basque beach (which was where we surfed the whole time), and ten minutes from the Grande Plage - without all...

Very friendly staff helping us with restaurant reservation. Good location to other parts of Biarritz. In a calm street. Well, the room was in the last floor and I had to carry some baggage via the stairs, a bit difficult. Room was small, and bathroom too small. Not too much value for money, but for Biarritz it was in the...
