Situated close to everything a tourist might want to see in Biarritz, this small hotel offers comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. There is a small lounge on the ground floor where breakfast is served every morning; but there is no bar or proper restaurant. Having said that, Biarritz is well populated with bars and restaurants so most would want...

Very nice small cozy hotel few steps from the centre of Biarritz. Lovely decor in an historic building, well preserved rooms with generous size. We recommed it for its style and relaxed atmosphere. The surrounding area is also quite.

stayed one night here with my partner in late October and was delighted by the hotels hospitality and charm. Our room was lovely and had a balcony that overlooked the garden. Breakfast was also very good and could be eaten on the patio if you wished. This hotel was good value for money and only ten minutes walk to the...

We had visited the Edouard VII a few years ago and enjoyed the overall experience of a small and intimate hotel. We returned last week to experience an even greater ambience, provided not only by the tasteful renovations to the interior but from the very friendly staff to the fantastic breakfast in very pleasant surroundings. Nothing was too much effort...

Me and my girlfriend booked for a night here on the day, we were worried because we hadnt researched it or anywhere else, but it was amazing. Very cosy and very friendly. This is a buisness where the staff want the best for you and want to help you in any way they can. They spoke perfect english and the...

Location very good, short walk to centre and sea, even shorter to market place. The staff were very friendly and particularly helpful with information and directions on places to go and how to get there. We were particularly impressed by the receptionist from Brazil, whose name we did not get. The end of season price of our accommodation was quite...

We had a wonderful 5 nights here in this quaint and traditional hotel. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes from the busy market and 10 minutes to the beach. The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very quiet. We did not try the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and...

This used to be a very nice hotel. I stayed here 5 years ago and it was perfect. Now however it is starting feel slightly its age and to look its age as well. The bathrooms need attention for example. The rooms though are very well appointed and it is in a very good location. The wifi does drop out...

The location is quite perfect: it's only a 3-minute walk from the lively Rue Gambetta and its many attractions, but it's also far away enough from its chaos to allow you to rest undisturbed. The thick old walls help in that regard too - we hardly ever heard our neighbors. The staff is very accomodating and speaks an acceptable english....

A slightly quirky hotel I enjoyed our 1 night stay. If arriving by bus from San Sebastian takes a bit of orientation to locate. Excellent location, 5-10 mins to market and main drag. Would stay again. Be aware the desk isn't manned after 11pm.
