This is a great hotel in the center of Les Eyzies. The staff is very accomodating--Gerome, on the desk, walked outside with me to show me where the parking was and how to get to it. The price is a real bargain and breakfast is included. Other hotels charge 11 euros of breakfast. While the breakfast is not lavish, it...

We arrived in Les Eyzies on a hot afternoon in the middle of the lunch hour. Our limited expectations were exceeded when we saw the Hostellerie du Passeur. The bistro is set well back from the street and with nice views of the river. Our request for a table for two was met with a choice of three, all of...

There is no elevator, but the hotel staff will help you with your luggage. The hotel is an easy 10-minute walk from the Les Eyzies train station: you just follow the road that leads away from the station, and you will get to the hotel. It's a little hidden from the road: a lot of ivy is hiding its face,...

Great location! Just stayed one night for a quick visit to the caves. Beautiful village with loads of outdoor activities. Hotel is older but quite charming. We had a great view of the cliffs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I arrived late one afternoon after a long drive and was greeted by Jerome at the front counter and instantly I knew I was in for a very special stay. He carried my (overly) heavy bag to my room for me, then provided me with a nice cold beer down stairs and some extremely wise advice about time frames required...

We stayed in the "house" in one of the Chambres but the staff were excellent in helping with EVERTHING which was above and beyond especially because the tourist office was closed. The young gentleman at the front desk even when so far as to call ahead and reserve a room for us at a Chambre d'Hote at our next destination...

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently situated right in the centre of the village. Our room was small and very pink! The decor perhaps a bit tired and the bathroom needing some renovation. On the other hand the restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed the options available on the restricted menu as part...

A charming place to stay with wonderful staff and clean, comfy rooms; just a couple of notes. One, when I opened the window I found a large wasp population, so we did have to use the AC (but, hey, they *have* AC), and two, the shower arrangement was strange, with a hand held shower head attached to the tub faucet...

The rooms at this hotel are adorable! The beds are soft and the rooms large. The AC worked very well! The tub is slow to fill and very loud as it drains. The shower head is hand held only. Separate toilet room was very nice! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has no elevator, so you will...
