Happened across this place at the end of a long day's drive. Didn't expect anything great as it's obviously a very touristy area. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room in the annexe building was immaculate and tasteful and the pool and gardens were lovely.

I am really surprised by the negative reviews of this hotel. As someone who travels often, I have learned to set my expectations according to price and star ratings. I was pleasantly surprised not only by the location and style of the hotel, but by the staff. Our room was large and well decorated. Our greeting, even though the room...

We too, along with a lot of people on this site, were disappointed by this hotel, especially the restaurant. The service is the worst of the hotels in this region, and for years I have been traveling and sampling them all. The personelle were arguing in front of guests at the restaurant, the owner scolding his employees, the quality of...

Stayed for 2 nights here in very hot weather - had a very comfortable, cleanly and stylishly decorated twin bedded room with my sister. Given the hot weather, we spent a lot of time in the fabulous grounds, by the wonderful pool. The staff were very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble and the waiting staff were helpful and...

We checked into this hotel on a last minute impulse as it was getting late in the day - we wished we hadn't! Our room, which cost 160 euros, was at the front on front of the building next to the main road - so noisy. Although it had a pretty bed canopy, the room was small, poorly fitted with...

Unfortunately, the reality we found in this hotel does not reflect what the beautiful internet websites promissed. Unfortunately, we did not trust the other critics about the hotel that have been published here so we had to find the same: very unfriendly, unwelcoming service by the reception manager, heavy traffic of a major national route a few metres infront of...

This hotel is quite a quaint property with lovely garden and pool. Our "charm room" was at ground floor and opened directly on to the garden. Our first impressions were very positive, but beneath the surface it is clear to see that the hotel is not very well-run or maintained. The taps in the bathroom had clearly been broken for...

We stayed at Les Glycines for two nights during our self-planned walking holiday. A lovely hotel, friendly owner and professional staff. We stayed half board and Pascal (the owner who is also the head chef) prepared some wonderful food. Would certainly recommend it. A word of recommendation - if you want to visit the caves at Font de Gaume make...

Lovely location in Les Eyzies de Tayac. Beautiful gardens and dinner each night on the terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. The food is absolutely superb. Highly recommended.
