We had a great stay in this hotel. Right from the arrival, we were surprised that the hotel offered a valet parking service. Location was on point, right at the heart of the center, with ocean view. Room was a bit small than what we expected. Bed was comfortable, though the bathroom needs an uplift. Highly recommend for other travellers.

A great hotel with rooms overlooking the beach. One terrace with two chairs outside of room and a French balcony too. 207 was a good sized room. Bathroom very nice with larger than average European shower. Breakfast offered at 12€ extra but not required as several coffee shop locations on way to gare train station. Many many dinner options with...

Just stayed at this lovely little hotel. The staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough. The hotel is smart and very comfortable. The position of the hotel is fantastic and in a great position on the beach front and for the town centre. We had a lovely room with a sea view and a lovely furnished balcony. Would love to...

Clean rooms, good but not great wi-fi, right on the beach. Nice beds, good bathroom, elevator. Helpful staff. GPS nav to it difficult, go to corner of Rue Garat and the Promenade where you can unload. They say private parking but you need to reserve, and the garage seemed too tight to be comfortable. We were happy to use public...

Noted as our favourite sea-side holiday to date. The hotel is wonderfully central - a step away from the beautiful beach and very easy access to the town centre with lovely shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and spoke very good English with us - we wanted to try our French and they were extremely...

This hotel has become one of the highlights of our annual trip to France. St Jean de Luz is itself a delightful seaside resort, but for us it is the hotel which now draws us back to the town. The staff are delightful and extremely helpful. It is well worth paying the bit extra to have a room overlooking the...

Small hotel on the beach. We chose a room with a balcony. The hotel also has parking forl 15 euros a day. Nice room, lovely view. The service was efficient and friendly. It was cold when we were there but we plan to return in warmer weather. You can easily walk anywhere in the town from this hotel.

Very efficient and friendly staff, will do everything they can to help their guests. Breakfast was a little too light, a bit disappointed. Overall good value for money, confortable matresses in the rooms. The views of the sea are definitely great.

This hotel is right on the ocean with a beautiful view. The rooms are good size, modern and clean. We had a small balcony with a table and two chairs where we'd enjoy our nightly wine and cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful. We hated to leave this beautiful spot! While they do offer valet parking, there is free...

This hotel is perfectly situated on the beach right in town. We arrived by train from San Sebastian via Hendaye and it was an easy 10 minute walk. All the shops, squares and restaurants are steps away. The promenade, which provides for a lovely long stroll, is right at the front door. We paid a bit more for a view...
