| Checked in from 28th January to 1st of February | Nice little hotel in Rennes. Well located with a couple of minutes to the center. Pros: - Price - Very good customer Service - Room size - Close to city center Cons: - Breakfast could be better, specially for those who are veg.

After staying in IBIS hotels this was a massive step up. Even has a kettle and full size bathroom. Room nice and clean. Though the bed has 2 square pillows which were uncomfortable. Did not have breakfast there as a coffee, juice and toast was é8, alternative breakfast was é18, which did not seem value for money. Car parking is...

I am a Gold Member of Accor club. My wife and I stayed at this hotel on Thursday night, 29 December, and on checking in, we booked breakfast. First of all, the nice touch, a special small bottle of red wine in the room with a welcome note from the General Manager. However, the charge for breakfast was the worst...

The location is excellent whether you arrive by car or public transport. The staff are friendly & efficient, rooms clean and a reasonable size. Unfortunately the breakfast service was poor, no hot water, no green tea or croissants.

Dear Guest, Thanks for sharing your experience in our hotel. We are pleased to read you had a nice stay here ! Concerning the breakfast, I am so sorry, on this weekend all our guests came down at the same time and the team has struggled to manage. We stayed in Rennes to catch an early flight. This Mercury is located in centre of city. It is easy to find (with SatNav) and has parking. The great feature is its proximity to restaurants and the historic city centre is only 10 minutes walk away. The rooms are modern and well-equipped. The room rate is reasonable, breakfast is excellent...

The position is very good, right next to the old city. The rooms are clean. Service staff was courteous, but not to excel Have not had breakfast because it seemed to be very expensive. OK price-quality ratio

The hotel is an older property in an older town, but well maintained and clean. It is quiet, and comfortable although a bit spartan by U.S. standards. However, since we did not spend much time in the room, it was certainly adequate. It is located very close to the center and shopping, walking areas, and is a 15 minute walk...

A clean hotel offering a good location for the city centre and its restaurants, I was in room 627 which was a good size for 1 person or 2 for a short trip, the room was clean and very quite with excellent black out curtains, negatives none with the price being acceptable for the location and room quality.

Nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, but nothing especial about it. Service is good and attentive. Room was spacious. Breakfast was OK but not plentiful of choices. Location is probably the best thing of this hotel. I won't mind coming back but i might as well look for other alternatives in the same area.
