The hotel is located on the outskirts of St Malo, near the Aquarium. It is part of a chain so no doubt they are all very much the same. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and our room had a balcony. The design of the toilet and bathroom seemed a bit strange as the door into the toilet could not...

This was my first stay at a Brit Hotel chain hotel. The experience was pleasant. Staff was helpful. Room was nice, about the same quality as an Ibis. Breakfast and dinner were quite satisfactory. Free parking and free wifi were available. Wifi lost connectivity several times per day. So it maybe risky if you try to post online payment. Location...

The hotel is not quite located near the centre.. The carpets were giving me a headache at the restaurant.. The room has a constant smell of someone who just left the room after smoking a whole pack of cigarettes. All the time. There were unexplained other smells intermittently too The only saving grace is the breakfast, which was quite agreeable...

Having booked two rooms for me and my male colleague, the chap in reception thought it hysterical that he had only received a reservation for one room. He also found curiously hilarious that the restaurant was closed that evening but it never occurred to him to apologise, nor recommend a nearby eatery. Eventually our proper booking was retrieved from a...

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. So far so good! However, for the second time, the restaurant was closed, and we had to go out to find somewhere to eat in St Malo, which in...

This was a basic hotel, with views of the motorway roundabout. room seemed clean enough, only a little black mould and no shower curtain.......or kettle/ coffee etc. staff seemed to be tearing their hair out, but full of smiles and eager. A little faulty towers about it. We went to try the food as couldn't face driving back into st...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was staying with my daughter and booked a twin room but we were given a double room. When I went to reception we were given another double room next door, so we each had our own room at no extra cost. As it was later than we planned when we arrived we decided...

We stayed one night in this hotel prior to a ferry to UK. Very average and overpriced. Bedroom and bathroom OK - had a balcony but no chair to sit on it, and it was on a busy roundabout, so not very relaxing! Breakfast was additional cost, expensive and very average - bread not fresh and black bananas in the...

Stayed here just for one night. Waited for quite a while to check in as nobody seemed to be working on the reception or were also working in the bar area. Rooms were ok a bit on the small side but had free wifi which was good. We stayed on a Saturday night and on check in they told us...
