We stayed for 4 nights in this great-value small hotel on a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and beaches. Our room was clean and well-decorated with a good quality shower. The hotel has a nice breakfast room. There is a friendly ambiance encouraged by the helpful, professional owners. We shall definitely visit again!

The hotel was ideally situated right in the busy heart of St Malo but on a quiet street. Our room was average sized with a small shower room and a very small shower. Basic toiletries provided in the form of little plastic sachets of shampoo/shower gel and soap. The owner was welcoming and was happy to speak French or English....

We had booked at the last minute from the UK so we're lucky to get the last room. We landed into Dinard on Ryanair (arrived via taxi) but as taxi dropped us off outside the town walls it took a few minutes to find the hotel. Had a great welcome from the reception man who spoke good English and told...

Our room was small but well modernised and tastefully decorated. The shower and bathroom facilities were of very high quality. Jean Michel and Loick looked after us in an old school professional manner that delighted us. They take an interest in their guests, but are not obtrusive. They readily recommend services in the neighbourhood and directions to any attractions that...

Stayed 2 nights for our first nights in Europe. Loved the location inside the walls because it was easy to return to between rain showers. Decor was bright and cheerful. We walked to and from train station. It was several blocks but the sidewalks were smooth and level.

We were so please with our stay at this very reasonably priced hotel. Our room looked exactly like the pictures on the hotel website. There is an elevator, but it is small - enough room for 2 people who know each other well, or one person and her luggage! Although the room is small, it was well thought out, with...

Stayed 3 nights. We had a regular room, around 80 Euros a night. You may wish to upgrade to a larger room, but the cheaper rooms are really quite good enough - after all, you're probably just sleeping there :) The hotel is pretty well sound-proofed, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a good deal (croissants, cereals, fruit, baguette, juice,...

It was a last minute decision to stay in Saint Malo and the reviews for this hotel and the reasonable price are what made us decide to stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Great location. Decided not to take the option of breakfast as there are lots of crêperies and other places around to get...

What a beautiful town! The hotel is inside the walls, on an ancient cobblestone street. Just perfect. We decided to ignore the advice of others and drive to the hotel. That didn't work out so well, as we ended up on streets that had been converted into cafes! (after checking in, our host gave us the route to get to...

The proprietors of this hotel are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. On premise breakfasts are expansive and reasonably priced. This hotel is worth seeking out for a stay in St. Malo.
