This a newish hotel walking distance from both the train station (10 minutes) and the city center (5 minutes). For someone who is taking the train in to Beaune and will be walking everywhere, it would be difficult to get a better location. In an area of small hotels dating back hundreds of years this hotel stands out. It does...

Our previous overnighter here was such good value that we stayed again en route to Italy. Just as before, the accomodation is good as is the breakfast. Also have to mention Andy, the English receptionist with his dry, witty sense of humour. Hope he'll still be there when we stay next time - he was very entertaining! All in all,...

After settling into our quiet room on the third floor we discovered we couldn't get access to the internet even though we had a full wifi signal. After testing in the corridors, we discovered internet access was possible on all other floors, hence we asked to change floors. The signal was excellent on the second floor and we had full...

Before heading into the review, let me just say that there are MANY ibis hotels in Beaune. In fact, we drove to another one by mistake (we were following the GPS in the car), and it took a while to find the right one. There are no clear signs to turn into the car park, and the hotel is off...

Ibis styles are always reliable but this one excelled. Excellent location at the entrance to the old city. Modern and I guess purpose built it has big rooms with more than the usual storage space; excellent air conditioning and blackout curtains, v good mattress. Good buffet Breakfast (out side and indoor area ) and free wifi is standard. Secure covered...

Like previous reviewers we didn't have great expectations, but we were also pleasantly surprised. We had a standard double room at the end of a corridor on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and bright, but was smaller (and cheaper) than the Mercure we stayed at on the previous day in Troyes. Nevertheless it was good value as the...

We stayed for one night while we visited Dijon. It was surprisingly good. Nice room, comfy bed, had all amenities that we needed. Free wifi worked very well. The buffet breakfast is just so-so, not many choices and not fresh enough, but it's fine since it's free.
