This was a very friendly hotel and the staff were always helpful, even recommending a Dentist when a crown fell out! We thought the location was good and were glad that there was parking as it was within walking distance of the centre of Dijon so we didn't need to use the car except to go out to the country....

Stayed here en-route to the Cote d'Azzure on Trip Advisor recommendations. Obviously newly decorated, very funky modern decor in rooms didn't have that bland beige look that most have. Wonderful bathroom with a glass panel to the bedroom!!! it does have a blind :-) Nice underground garage if you worry about your car. Helpful friendly staff recommended a local restaurant....

I booked four nights at the Mercure Dijon Centre Clemenceau based on the many positive reviews I found on TripAdvisor. What a disappointment! First, the hotel is undergoing a major renovation and the constant sound of jackhammers was palpable. When we asked if we could change rooms we were told that because the construction was throughout the hotel, there were...

We had a night in this hotel, following a breakdown on the motorway, the hotel was booked for us by green flag (excellent service) The hotel is located close to the centre of Dijon, about a 10 min walk from the old town the hotel is both welcoming, and clean. The room was just fine, with a very comfy bed,...

Excellent hotel with outstanding quality of facilities especially for a 3* hotel. A shame the restaurant fell short of the normal Mercure standard with the Bio-breakfast option almost non-existent on both mornings of our stay. The receptionist wins my nomination for the most friendly, helpful and professional Accor staff member that i've met this year in 14 nights so far.

A lovely hotel which will be more accessible once the new tram system has been completed. We received a free upgrade to a superior room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and overlooked the small swimming pool. Breakfast was ok, , not the best we have had in a Mercure hoteel. Dijon is a beautiful city with historic buildings,...

From the minute we walked in to a warm greeting and an upgrade to a suite I was smiling. Stunning room with amenities, and good location. We enjoyed the walk into the old town , there is alot to look at. Thoroughly recommend

You can only write reviews based on your own experience and so I understand that this review contradicts other recent reviews. We drove to Italy, from Glasgow, to get married and stopped at various cities on the way, and on the return home. This is the only bad review of the trip. We stayed in a luxurious hotel near Cannes, but...

Excellent modern hotel in the city center but near the hotel, as well as throughout the city, now being renovated tram tracks. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, pool and other pleasures of life. I strongly advise everybody.
