We booked a superior room, and it is evident from the evacuation plan on display that there is a great variation in room size and aspect. Our room faced the street:some of the superior rooms of similar size face a courtyard. Our stay got off to a bad start,in that we were shown to a room which proved to have failed airconditioning,though...

This hotel is situated in the middle of Dijon and is very well placed for exploring the centre. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly and the valet parking was an added bonus. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed to check in until 4pm which was a bit inconvenient, although we were able to leave our cases. The room...

We stayed 3 nights here, and truly disliked the place. The rooms are cramped, and with inconvenient, silly features. To get to the safe, you have to open the refrigerator! There is a separate toilet, whose door is in the entrance, but to wash your hands, you have to walk across the room to the bathroom. There, the bathtub is...

We stayed here for one night and we're glad we chose this hotel as it was a very pleasant experience. The only "bad" experience was the lady on Reception at check-in who was not very welcoming at all and could learn a thing or two about Customer service, but the gentleman who showed us to our room as very nice...

Since our last visit the Hotel has been somewhat improved plus. 2 Michelin stars. However the breakfast was poorly serviced, had to go and find someone to give us coffee and replenish the croissants, plus after staying at @ 10 different locations during these hols, the wifi was the worst.

A short, but appreciative review of a great two star restaurant. We were a bit concerned that the restaurant is in a Best Western hotel, but a) Best Western hotels are much nicer in France than the US and b) this place was great. The service was friendly and efficient, formal, but not fussy. Course pacing was very good, not...

The hotel is located in the central shopping district in Dijon. It is within walking distance of the train station (~10 minutes with luggage). Turn the corner, and you're surrounded by shops. One block away from bike rentals. Despite its central location, I never felt like the hotel was too noisy. Our room was cutely decorated in a purple theme....

We just left Dijon and had a fabulous 3 night stay at this hotel. In Europe, if it's a Best Western it usually denotes a quality hotel. The room was small but very comfortable. My only misgiving was the toilet height was higher than standard... The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great location and value for a 4 star...

We stayed on a stopover on the way to the Alps. Booked a family room for 4 which was clean, newly refurbished if a little small. Valet parking at €15 was worth having particularly as it is secured and we felt safe leaving the bulk of our luggage in the car. One compaint would be €17 / person for breakfast....

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the train station which was excellent for us. Check in was very easy and the staff were both friendly and efficient. The room was on the small side and we had no view but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms lighting however made reading impossible, and the...
