We came to the area on advice of friends, they were so right to recommend. Lovely accommodations, dinner was outstanding; service and food, staff so friendly. Lovely rooms to sit and have pre-dinner drinks, staff brought little appetizers with our drinks. Comfortable quiet, private bedroom and bath, perfect for a relaxing night. Highly recommend!

There is nothing I can say that is bad about this hotel or my stay. The place is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and well kept. The staff is courteous, helpful, and pleasant; and the restaurant and food is amazing. There are only two negatives, which are very minor and by far nowhere near a deal breaker. First the internet...

Lovely main build and adjoining buildings make an airy but traditional build - all two storey max as far as I remember. Garden with plenty of room several guests to sit and relax and some rough land beyond that for short dog walk or to see the small number of farm animals (penned in). Didn't see the swimming pool in...

We've been staying at this family run hotel for over 20 years now, and it feels like coming home. We're always made so very welcome. The rooms are beautiful and the restaurant fabulous. The food and wines are exceptional quality, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

We loved our stay there last night. Staff was very accommodating, plus they spoke English. Room was comfortable, clean and private. Dinner was among the best we have had in a very long time. And best of all, a chateau is just down the street-I understand they light the Chateau in July and August. If you are in the area,...

I stay in this hotel for one week in 2015. Very nice furniture, clean and quiet place in Chenonceau. The restaurant has a great selection of French goodies. If you have dinner don't forget to have some cheese at the end . You will be impressed of the selection. Walking distance to Cenonceau castle.

We had a lovely 2 nights at Auberge du Bon Labourer on our way down to the Dordogne. It is a fabulous hotel - beautiful room, amazing food, pool, lovely staff and best of all the dog can come too! Our stay was faultless and really started our holiday off well. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever...

This hotel is really lovely with great French charm. We stayed as a family of 2 x adults and 3 x children in mid-August, for 3-nights, to break our journey on the way from the UK to La Rochelle. It was one of the best experiences we've had recently and wonderfully relaxing. One of the main reasons was the accommodation...

We both loved this place and my wife wanted to move here permanently! This place is so charming, comfortable and well-located. Staff was knowledgable and helpful. We had a large room with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom fixtures. It is a short walk from the Chateau Chenonceaux. The hotel has an annex, where we stayed, with lovely grounds. Parking...
