This is a gorgeous bed and breakfast in a beautiful home on the doorstep of the very charming village of Loches. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated with a touch of glamour. Our room had a huge bed under a canopy and a sitting area that made us feel like royalty. The common areas are also beautifully decorated and...

Jerome and Jean-Luc were very attentive hosts and provided a good breakfast and a very spacious and beautifully decorated suite of rooms. But. Our room was as dark as the period it was designed to reflect (18th century). The bed was a bit short for me ( I'm 6 ft even). My wife got the opportunity to see at another...

This bed and breakfast was a beautiful place to stay. It is in a restored house with very stylish décor and great attention to detail. Our room was huge and lovely with a sparkling bathroom and nice outlook onto the castle ramparts. There is a library for guests to use and a garden. Jean-Luc was the perfect host and nothing...

We were only able to stay one night here and wish it could have been more. The location is excellent, the decor very stylish but interesting. Our hosts were charming and helpful, generous with their information and booked us into a very good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was quite delicious with home made goodies and fresh bread and croissants. The town...

This B&B is very centrally located in the beautiful city of Loches. Parking is free is a huge lot directly next to the B&B. The steps to the old city are just outside the front door. The owners have done a beautiful job restoring the property and it is gorgeous. Very spacious and they let guests use the parlor or...

We arrived at this beautiful house soaking wet after cycling through torrential rain to Loches to an amazing welcome from Jean-Luc greeting us with slippers and offering to dry all our wet gear. We really appreciated the lovely hot bath. Once fully restored, we were able to appreciate the beautiful decor of La Closerie. The bedrooms are fabulously kitted out...

Such a beautiful B & B. We stayed for five nights during late August 2013. Jean Luc & Jerome were the perfect hosts. We felt totally spoiled the whole time we were there. Breakfast was absolutely yummy with lots of home made offerings. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable....

Two wonderful hosts made our visit here so pleasant. This was truly a wonderful place to stay. The bedroom decor was magnificent. The breakfast was the best that we experienced in all of France. Our hosts served us with 'class'. This 17th century villa is filled with atmosphere. The host kindly made dinner reservations at one of his favourite restaurants...

What a welcome, Friday night early January on a whistle stop tour of France. Jerome has done the most amazing job converting and decorating this wonderful 17/18 Century building on the doorstep to Loche Castle. This care and attention feeds through to the way he welcomes his guests, makes sure that they have everything they need including the most delicious...

This was one of the best B&B we have stayed in EVER!, We stayed 3 nights and it was really special, we felt like family leaving after 3 days. Jerome is the owner and he has tasteful decorated this special house with exceptional attention to detail. Located in the centre of town! It was great going out to local restaurants...

“Our room was lovely and quiet but the toilet was a small room on one side of the bedroom and the shower, vanity and dressing room on the other side, not a problem, just unusual.”

“There are 2 rooms. We chose the one with the "American shower" rather than the room with the French tub and hand-held shower. Plus our room had a separate dressing room that allowed us to spread out.”
