I loved staying in this hotel because I just felt good there. It was very clean and fresh. My room was clean-cut and stylish, the staff at the reception incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a good variety, enough to carry you through half of a day. The location is close to most of the main attractions and things to...

From the outside the hotel doesn't look much at all. The car park is deep underground, we wondered where we were being taken! The reception area (for want of a way to describe where we checked in!) didn't look much so we were suprised by our room, very clean and a good size although since we were only there for...

We stayed here for our last night in France on our way up to the coast for the crossing back to UK next day- what a shame to end a wonderful holiday in this way. I have no idea on what basis I chose this place- I can’t believe that it was on reviews- I don’t normally screw up so...

The world will always have somebody complaining about nothing. We can see HATE in your awful message. Most guests are satisfied, happy and are please to come back every single year.

Great to stay in your Hotel. Great Value for Money right in the City Centre and still very Quiet. The extra for the car park is well worth it and not a bad price for the Centre of a city. The staff were very , very helpful and even made a call for us to help sort out a problem...

Good and comfortable. Rooms adequate and staff very friendly and provided us with details of where to eat etc. An excellent overnight stop for those who are travelling to and from the UK. Two lifts needed for the car in the underground park and staff have to accompany you. We love Orleans! A Carrefour near by. room lighting could be...

We were recently in Orleans for a few days away from Paris to absorb the sights of the town and its history. Chuk made our stay extra special. He helped us locate a few local markets that are open on the weekend as well as helped us locate a hotel in Paris after our stay in Orleans. He made calls...

We stayed here on the way up from the south at the last minute as we didn't want a huge drive before the ferry. This was one of the few hotels we could find where our 4 yr old twins could be in the same room - ie, we could all be together. It was easy to find and the...

Having stayed in Orleans for 2 days on our way to south of France we stopped in Orleans. Excellent hotel great rooms with a perfect location for sight seeing. Car parking is under the hotel and a great price. When travelling to the south of France again I will always stop in this hotel.

“All the rooms are above second floor level but as it is in a quiet corner of the Place Gambetta anyway and rooms are double glazed I don't expect any rooms are noisy. We were on 4th floor and there was no noise at all. Lift access to all floors and garage from the Reception area.”

“When I said I didn't go in lifts on the way to the underground car park,, the man on the desk gave us a different room (without me asking) because he said the original room had been on a higher floor. I was very impressed he was so sweet about my height phobia.”
