Stayed in two connecting rooms in June. The rooms were spacious. The decor in the rooms was homey, not particularly grand or antiquey if that is what you are looking for. The B&B was quiet and the breakfast was great. Alexandra made us feel very welcome. The wifi was incredibly fast (we had stayed at some places that had subpar...

We stayed here for three nights in July 2015. Alex is the perfect host. The rooms in the mansion were beautifully restored to a modern standard without losing any of the old charm. Breakfast was perfectly served by Alex to our requirements. While we were there we chatted to guests from the United States, England and of course, us From...

What a gorgeous home! Step in through the large wooden doors and suddenly there is a light-filled, beautifully decorated, welcoming home. I cannot understand the people who book into chain hotels when these options are available. Huge fluffy white towels, huge rooms with separate toilet and double shower, rooms cleaned every day, a smiling owner that is happy to make...

We stayed at La Maison Jules for 6 nights in early June. By the end of our stay, we felt we had known Alex for ever. She is relaxed and charming, with fantastic attention to detail, and helpful in every way, from recommending restaurants, giving instructions on travel, suggesting lovely things to do. Her English is excellent! Because of prior...

This wonderful house should be called La Maison Alexandra. She, our hostess, runs it with the dedication and commitment that only a person who is making a dream come true could. From conception to day-to-day management her footprints can be seen throughout making this a truly special B&B. This home is really a very old mansion with a truly modern...

Sometimes when you see all the 5 star reviews you can have a let down. Not here. Alex knows how to do it right. She was truly a great host for us. We were on a 16 day driving trip through France. Be aware that the front entrance is a somewhat nondescript door so you might want to call Alex...

We got an awesome big bedroom, with an over-sized bathroom featuring a modern 50 sq feet shower and an "island" with the sink, all of this in a 1900 mansion. I wish we could always live in a place like that! Breakfast was great too, with café au lait, French traditional viennoisserie, bread with butter and jam, as well as...

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights which is quite unusual apparently as most people are touring by car and stopping one or two night in each place. We decided to use the train so we went by train everyday to a different chateaux and came back to this outstanding accommodation and house with a massive choice of...

We really enjoyed our stay at this bed and breakfast. The hostess was very nice and helpful with restaurant information. She allowed us to store our lunch for the next day in the fridge since we were leaving very early the next day. The location was super close to the train station. We parked our rental on the street and...

The rooms are meticulously well designed and they are very spacious and airy. The house is in a quiet street just a couple of blocks from the cathedral and 10-15 minutes from tons of restaurants. Alexandra, the owner, was very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations and did everything to make our stay perfect.
