Trying hard to be objective here. Booked at fairly short notice & wanted a central loaction in Epernay for restaurants etc.., found this place with availablity (I know why now). Arrived to pleasant surprise of picture postcard French small hotel lovely welcoming exterior, & perfect bang-in-centre location opposite Epernay's lovely cathredral. €54 per room per night me thinks, what a...

This is a nice looking small hotel perfectly situated opposite Notre Dame church, a few minutes' walk from the town centre. However, that's about all that's good about it. There is available parking across the road but you have to pay. There is no lift. The area is quiet at night but the interior soundproofing is very poor - every...

Rang up on the morning after another hotel pointed us in their direction. Location is good, next to the train station and a church. Ample paid car parking on the doorstep, seemed more than average cost. Room small. Bed not the best, shower was ok but a bit cramped for a 6 footer. Walls are thin, if you like silence...

There is nothing to recommend this hotel apart that our room had a bed. Issues we had were many; from an unfriendly host to the shower being so small that it was impossible to wash in due to constricted arm movement and having only sub luke warm water. The full height clear glass windows in the ensuite bathroom had curtains...

This is the type of hotel that you used to find everywhere in France. The room was large with a a big bathroom. Very clean and with everything we needed. Minuses - clearly struggles when full - no hot water in the morning (although loads when back from breakfast) and the breakfast room too small to cope with the number...

Cute French hotel. Beautiful, spacious room, close to railway station, and in the centre of town. Great breakfast. Take earplugs however, the paper thin walls are a let down. Did not have a good night sleep. Very clean.

I am a big fan of travel reviews and after reviewing on some hotels in the Champagne region, we decided on this hotel for the positive points. We stayed here for a night during our trip across France. It is a cute and well managed hotel. Our room was slightly small with a child's bed thrown in. However, the sheets...

Stayed one night on way into Champagne, Eperany is a great area but this hotel is tired, dated and well overdue for improvement. Pro's - wifi - location on roundabout close to town & 3 mins from train Con's - location on roundabout means in warm weather, you open the window but will be exposed to traffic noise day and...

Perfect location! In the middle of town right next to a beautiful church which we could look out the window to from our bed! The room was reasonable size as was the bathroom, and all very clean. The only down side was the paper thin walls. Nevertheless, because of location and price if I come back to Epernay, which I...

Stayed for one night here on our way down to the Med. Basic hotel but in a very good location in Epernay and next door to an excellent Italian/French restaurant. Great value for money if you are looking for a stopover with a reasonably sized room.
