Needed a stopover for one night on route home and decided to stop in Epernay as it was somewhere we had not previously visited. Chose a low cost option and were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is on the edge of town by the railway and has ample parking. The rooms are pod-like but include everything you need. Despite the...

Big parking (free) and easy to find the place. It's fairly close to city. Generally standard rooms. The room air conditioning in the room didn't work properly (it was very hot when we arrived, and it heated no matter the temperature adjusted). Also, during the day the street is pretty loud if the window is opened, but it is quiet...

We booked an overnight stay here with a group of 14 all booked separate reservations. Three of the rooms have been changed due to smelly rooms, smoke, smoke, fish! Rooms are basic, small and the hotel is located around 15 minute walk to the centre of Epernay. The hotel is worth the money, for a budget stay, but need to...

Dear Sir, We are really sorry and confused about the smell of cigarettes in the room. We are fighting against this, but some people are not following the rules. We air the rooms, put on deodorant, but sometimes it actually happens that it smells in the corridor. Luckily there is not everyone who smokes in the rooms and we sometimes...

It's a Good hotel for one or two night stay but it's Just a shame they advertise free internet but you need an average of 20 minutes to open any web page, which is ridiculous when u need to check for emails or whatever if you actually need to check for information. Prepare yourself to use roaming 3G that will...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are confused for the problem encountered with wifi, usually there is no problem with it, it may be because a lot of people were connected. We understand your remark and this allows us to check our equipment. We hope to see you again for a next stop at Epernay, Cordially, Victoria G...

This budget hotel is ideally located about 10 minutes away from the centre of Epernay. It's immaculately clean although very basic and it's location close to the railway line does mean an early waking. We were two families in four adjacent rooms, which worked well and provided the stopover we needed en route back to the UK. The staff were...

Booked in just for one night and asked for a disability friendly room which was simply excellent with lots of space and a great wet room. Everything spotlessly clean. Plenty of secure parking. Cheap and cheerful buffet breakfast. We did have some difficulty finding the hotel as Satnav did not recognise the address....perhaps because the website gave it as Boulevard,...

Great price, has air con, walking distance of town. Bunk bed for the little one. We all loved it especially when compared to the cost of others. Free car parking too. Would go again. McDonalds 2 mins away for a coffee

We returned to this hotel because of the great value, as when in Epernay we like to put our money towards champagne and dining rather than flashy hotels. I do however insist on cleanliness, and a comfortable bed with private bathroom. This hotel ticks all those boxes and more. Don't be put off by the one star, it has air-conditioning,...

This is a busy hotel but you could tell that they cared about the appearance.....everything was very clean and well run. The room was comfortable with everything you needed for an overnight or short stay. Parking was plentiful and the WiFi was OK for email but struggled a little with trying to watch TV.........there are no English TV channels. Breakfast...

Our party was 3 adults + 4 children so a 5-bed family room was ideal, together with the standard 3-bed. Late check-in was no problem and the gated parking area provided good security. The breakfast buffet was fine.
