Very disappointing dinner with poor menu choices. At breakfast staff seemed more keen to set up tables for lunch that day than notice that there were no plates for bread etc and that the blackboard at the fruit section bore no resemblance to the fruit on offer. Even as we left we were given a 'bon journee' by a member...

Unfortunately we were part of a coach party staying overnight in this hotel and it was awful. The rooms are tatty and the carpets dirty. I know they were feeding 39 of us at the same time but how difficult is it to serve warm soup ?. Obviously far too difficult for this hotel. They took nearly an hour to...

I stayed here for one night on a return journey from Italy. I found the double room to be very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent.

The view out of the window was the roof of the restaurant, which brought with it the stench pouring out of the kitchen's extraction...

The hotel is 4km from the centre of Reims and aside for the onsite restaurant there no other bars or restaurants in the area. The hotel looks quite old and neglected from the outside but the interior and rooms are much better. On our trip staff were not as helpful as other similar hotels. That said, we would stay there...
