The hotel is located near Ajaccio right at the coastline. We got a room on the ground floor with a refurbished bathroom. The room was clean, and very close to the private beach. You could walk to the sea from your huge terrace in literally 30 seconds. The property is closed with a gate, so parking is safe. You can enjoy the view of the Sanguinaires Islands from the park during day and at sunset. The owners are very nice and friendly. The area is very quite and relaxing, however restaurants and beach bars are close by.
Once apon a time this must have been a very nice hotel. Hotel was build in 1969 and has not been maintained in the last 10 years. We paid a lot of money for 2 rooms, there are better alternatives in Corsica for this money. The staf was extremely nice and helpfull. We arrived 2 a clock in the morning and we were helped by one of the staff members, this was highly appreciated. Nice quiet environment, with beautiful view at the sea, nice pool, ...
We have a very nice room, big balcony (2nd floor), outstanding view on the sea (no road in between), We have been very nicely welcomed by the owners and field quite at home. The beach is great with clear water. It is small but with very few people despite high season. The hotel is situated in a big garden with a very nice swimming pool. The hotel serves a continental breakfast and drinks. For meals there are plenty of restaurants around. A car is needed. Some rooms have kitchens. We recommend the place for families and couples for a short or a long stay. To notice: Buildings date back to early 70th and the furniture is of a practical nature. Wifi is only available in the restaurant. Prices are reasonable.
Private beach was closed and very dirty. Rooms are old and in need of maintenance. The bar didn't look very inviting and gardens are overgrown. I think it was indeed a 3 star hotel a lot of years ago but now it is a sad place to stay. I would not rate any.
a decadent motel , in a great and big park , with a heavenly smell day and night , spacious rooms (with kitchen opened for those who stay longer ), with doors that open generously to a 25sqm terrace. as if the sea invades into this room...the sound of waves during the night. good place to swim, walk , jogging all in a marvelous surrounding. if you accept very clean 2 stars and close eyes to the urgent need of renovation, and take into account the very special and welcoming attitude of the owners , you certanly will be delighted.. free parking !
