Very nice new hotel with comfortable rooms and good beds. Design is modern and simple. Good strong wifi, nice Samsung TV, good bathroom and AC. At the moment parking is free under the hotel. Good location, 15 minutes to walk to market place, 5 minutes to railway station and 10 minutes to the port. Nice seafood restaurants at the yacht port. All service is excellent and pleasant. Quick check-in and out. Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice, yoghur, fruits, breads, pastery, cheese, jam. Coffee - espresso is ok, americano not. Hint to the stuff - cook eggs in the morning (not day before) and maximum for 7 minutes. All in all very good stay and would go their again.

Brand new hotel, opened in September 2019. Excellent location, near the train station and the ferry terminal. Easy to reach airport by bus. Stylish industrial design, comfortable room, and a good shower. Simple French/Corsican breakfast in the lobby. Nice rooftop view, with a swimming pool.

Great stay at Ibis Styles Hotel in Ajaccio. I've added a few photos as there don't seem to be any online. Decor is 'industrial and urban' - bare concrete walls and minimalist decor. Parking was free at the moment, but probably will cost extra soon. Rooms extremely clean and good size. Beds very comfortable. Shower was good and bathroom modern and again, very clean. WiFi was good (but dropped out a couple of times for brief moments - not an issue, though). Breakfast was really good with quality products and was a 'buffet style'. Fresh orange 'squeezer' machine was a nice touch. Pool on roof was a 'swim against a flow' type pool and had a view of the harbour/marina. The best feature of the hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they were excellent and really 'customer focused'. A great stay. …
