Got to Ajaccio, and my room was ready 9am in the morning, was really needful. View from the terrace is Amazing over the pool and in front the blue turquoise sea. You have less than 50 meters to enter the sea. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Yes, the rooms are outdated but they are clean and spacious and have a fabulous view over the pool and the ocean. We were really surprised by this hotel - the pictures don't do the location justice. We loved the gate at the bottom of the garden that leads across the road to the beach and excellent waterside restaurants. We had fabulous mussels and fish soup by the harbour watching the cruise boats and caught the bus home away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
Visited with friends for a period of 8 days. The hotel was convenient for Ajaccio airport, taking about half an hour to get to. It’s right on the coast with amazing views of the crystal clear sea. The room was lovely and clean. The main problem we faced was the fact the shower didn’t have a screen or curtain which meant that after 3 people had showered the bathroom became wet quite quickly. Breakfast at the hotel was €12, which we felt was expensive so didn’t try it out. The hotel was lacking in facilities in terms of a bar to get a drink or snack. However, there was a well stocked vending machine. The room had a small, mini-bar sized fridge which was handy for keeping snacks for a lunch in. The housekeeping team were very jolly and always interested in your day. The pool at the hotel is lovely, but watch out for the decking as it gets quite hot quite quickly! The hotel has plenty of parking - we hired a car for a few days during our stay and didn’t have a problem getting parked. There are a number of small coves, ideal for snorkelling, within a short walk. The nearest was literally opposite the garden door and the sea was crystal clear. Nearby Scudo has a small selection of restaurant, a larger beach and a small shop. …
Landed at airport, took cab, stayed at hotel, used the beautiful pool, crossed the street to go to the beach or eat at delicious restaurants. It's a perfect quiet little clean hotel that makes life easy. Great comfortable beds. Don't need to rent a car or anything. Absolutely loved it. One thing they could wok on is a better breakfast offering but besides that. It was absolutely perfect!
The view from the terrace was incredible and it was just down a path and over the road to an absolutely stunning beach. The room was simple and clean, and the staff were helpful. The place felt a little run down, with loose tiles across the pool and a shower head that sprays all over the bathroom. The 12 euros for the breakfast is not at all worth it.
