The hotel is located close to the major train stations. Small and cozy room but very clean, you don't need anything more if you will be spending most of your time in the city anyway. The shower did not have a door which was a pitty but not a train smash. Perfect to stay in if you are not planning... More

Decent place to stay in Paris for a couple of days. Reasonable value for money but be careful with the parking place recommended by hotel. The responsible ape refused to return my car before the date i said i will need it back. I had to threaten with police and pay for the entire period i reserved although only half... More

Well, we paid 274 (tax included) for a private double room for four nights, which is good in Paris. Location is perfect... Close to M7 M2 M4, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Very central although the area is not fully recommended at night. It is a 2-star hotel so you have to see things in this light. The... More

I would like to review this hotel and ensure other people know they are dishonest and extremely untrustworthy.the guy at the counter told us breakfast wasn't included for the 3 day stay, however we where charged this anyway.on attempting to get our money back, the hotel have refused to answer anything in relation to this.it was 44 euro.its now the principle of... Viewed as a two star Paris hotel it satisfied our needs. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and the breakfasts standard French fare. Having stayed in various two star hotels in Paris this would come top of our list. The staff were charming and helpful and the location excellent, just a short walk from the Gare de... More

Maison du Pre is a good clean, well run 2 star hotel in an excellent location close to the Gare du Nord and a short walk to plenty of good food and things to do, with friendly and helpful staff and nicely appointed rooms at a reasonable price point, so I'd give it plenty of stars, BUT... I stayed here... More

We stayed in room 32 for 6 nights, facing the busy street. We had to keep the window closed. The bed was 5-6 inches of dense foam & was comfortable. We had a small bathroom, with a 14 inch piece of glass to block the water, which it did not We mopped up the water with the bath mat.Wi-Fi came in good.I found that if you... Too expensive for a 2 stars hotel/ unreasonable quality price ratio. This is one of those hotels that you would never want to go back to. Unpleasant neighbourhood and unsafe surroundings; Room and bathroom too tiny; refreshments/kettle/hair dryer not available in the room; Breakfast was as basic as it can be: bread, a single croissant pp, jam/butter in little packets... We booked this, short notice, for central Montmartre location, all well, but because of advertised 12Euro per day car parking. When we asked to reserve a place it was suddenly 17Euro, complained, but got no reply and still offered at 17Euro when we got there , while the website still says 12Euro. Its a cheat,...we do not like it, therefore... More

Good location for exploring . Within 5 mins walk of Gare de Nord , and 5 mins walk to nearest Metro station. For those more able to walk everywhere (as we were !) it's about a 10 min walk along to Sacre Couer , 20 min walk down to Notre Dame. Paris is such a great place to walk around... More
