We recently stayed at La Fabe (between 8th May to 11th May). Hotel is nicely located walking distance to Pernety metro station. We felt safe (we are both women) walking around the area of the hotel. There are restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, fresh produce shops, and grocery stores nearby. The best thing worth complimenting at La Fabe is the staff,...

Le Fabe delivers what you need from a hotel. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and a decent breakfast. The location is good, but not very central, and the hotel is really cozy. The biggest sell is the staff though who were very friendly and helpful.

We had a very hectic schedule when we arrived at CDG Airport on January 27, 2017 at 8;00 a.m. We had to take the TGV from Gare Montparnasse, travel more than six hours by the fastest train and then return back to Paris the next day. We were arriving past 9:00 p.m.on Saturday. We made sure that we called and...

The hotel is relatively calm and offers for its star rating and location a very good pricing. The rooms have been recently renovated and make a new impression. The size is for Paris standards a plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and its selection is also above average. The sauna is only for two person max,...

What separates Le Fabe from other similar hotels is the warmth of the front desk crew--incredibly friendly and helpful. We liked the location a lot, a little out of the way but with good transport and a neighborhood that felt more like the real Paris. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Just got back from a week long vacation in Paris...I booked this hotel through priceline and really didn't know what to expect because I've never stayed in the Montparnasse area. Plus, the last time I stayed in Paris, I was robbed by the hotel staff (see my other review) and was quite apprehensive about where to stay. It was sensational!...

Just back from a weekend in Paris. Stayed at le fabe hotel. It's small but is an excellent choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mathias in particular. Hotel is spotless. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Le fabe is very well maintained. It's situated approximately 40min walk from Eiffel Tower. Not a bad walk if your up for it. There...

The hotel was located in an area that was far from the center of Paris I did not feel safe walking in the area to the one restaurant located nearby. This area did not make me feel safe at all. The hotel itself was great the location was terrible.

Dear kehoe1234, First of all, I would like to thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad you enjoyed the hotel itself but am so very sad you didn't feel safe in the area where it is located. Our district is indeed not close to the city center but we...

We stayed at the Le Fabe for three nights during our trip to Paris and can only recommend it. The rooms were clean and comfortable and most of all the staff was exceptionally friendly. We were even lucky to get a free room upgrade. The location of the hotel was good as well. The next metro station was only a...

I have stayed at the Le Fabe hotel on several occasions and it never lets me down. The desk staff are courteous and helpful, and always willing to offer advice on the perfect place to eat. Hands down you can't beat the Le Fabe!
