This hotel is very well located and the service is incredible. Elie, the concierge, went above and beyond when he personally delivered a special and delicious pastry he said I just had to taste. It was from the region in France where he grew up. The pastry was an absolute delight and his energy and kind gesture will not be...

Stayed in the hotel a couple of times in april 2017. Room are fine and clean. Staff is polite and efficient. Club Lounge is great. Good food and drinks. Location is excellent for Business Travellers for La Defense. Would not recommend for tourists. In the evening the area is not that great a nice dinner.

We were in Paris for a brief stay, and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. As international travelers, we were made to feel extremely welcome. Though we tried our best French, the staff spoke excellent English. Wonderful contemporary design, spacious room and many nice touches, plus an awesome location, excellent value, we'd definitely stay again.Very sleek and contemporary, yet at the same...

The location was perfect for our first time in Paris. It was close enough to walk to a lot of the popular tourist attractions and even the Metro, if you wanted to travel like a Parisian. The assistant manager, conceirge, bellman and bartenders were all friendly and fabulous!!! They each went out of there way to make sure our vacation...

We just returned from a 7 day trip to Paris where we stayed at this hotel and the service was top notch! We were two families of 4 traveling together (4 adults + 4 kids). Maxiimillian (the guest relations manager) was superb with his service before we even got there. The other family had problems with their booking and he...

The location of this hotel makes it an excellent choice for a romantic stay in Paris. However, it is the staff that truly makes it shine. After terrible weather delays we checked in exhausted, a day late and without some of our luggage. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The staff was excellent at directing us to nearby...

A Marriott Renaissance property, clearly this hotel has been upgraded and renovated from something earlier. Nice job. The Junior Suite was spacious, clean, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Quiet, great bed. Marriott paid attention to wanting foam pillows - biggest foam pillow ever! Breakfast is good with really no service but a generous buffet ala Marriott. Not a five star,...

So on our first trip to Paris, I was a little nervous about having our family of five at this hotel which was not necessarily aimed at children. However, the front desk staff was extremely helpful, we had booked two different room types and they had made sure that they stayed right across the hall from each other while upgrading...

I can't imagine a staff more friendly than this one. Great location, and comfortable rooms. My only complaint is that they would still be doing housekeeping well into 6pm which meant that one several occasions we'd come back from sightseeing and the room would still be unmade.
