Great location. Accommodation 5th floor quite good. Balcony with Eiffel Tower view... had to learn out to the left. Room small but quite large enough. Our accommodation included the full breakfast option. This was woeful. We paid about 400 euro a night for the stay. The first morning they ran out of bowls and spoons for the cornflakes! When we...

Repeat stay. Had our room on level 7 Rue Danton side so had a balcony (so does level 6 and 8 being the top level). Sat outside on the balcony on our only sunny day and enjoyed a bottle of local red wine only 2.45 euros at the local supermarche. This hotel has free wifi in room for IHG club...

I was taken here as a surprise birthday treat and enjoyed every minute spent in Paris. This was a great hotel in terms of location and all of the staff were polite and friendly. Situated on a quieter road in the area, however did get woken by some street noise. The windows could have been a bit better insulated. It...

This hotel is exactly where you will want to stay when you visit paris so look no further. The location is ideal, right by notre dame, a minute or so from river seine. The staff were so helpful! The rooms were great and the bed so comfy. We booked a Eiffel Tower view room and I loved it, highly recommend....

Our recent visit to Paris was enhanced by our stay in this hotel, which is optimally situated for easy access by foot or by metro to every attraction in the city. Combined with a friendly and helpful (and English speaking) staff and clean, comfortable room (ours had a balcony!), this was the perfect base of operations for our Parisian experience.

The hotel is situated in perfect area two blocks from Notre Dame and close by to many wonderful cafés. The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop terrace which overlooks the entire city. You can see the Eiffel Tower at one end and Notre Dame at the other. It's spectacular. The staff are helpful and speak English and the...

Very polite and friendly staff. Stayed in executive room which had ample room for two for three nights. Shower good size for one with different jets options. Room supplied with small kits if you forget something like a toothbrush ir razor. Room clean and decor still in good order. Slight noise from others showers and road noise as on first...

Full disclosure, my sisters and I stayed here with my sister's elite points. So I can't give value for money because for me it was free, however, I thought it was worth every penny we didn't spend! We didn't want to deal with the train and our luggage so we took a cab. It was very easy to find the...

Having never been to Paris before, I read various reviews and picked this hotel as it was convenient for transport and being near to the Notre Dame and adjacent sites. I booked and paid for a balcony room with views of the Eiffel Tower. My wife and I stayed in room 807 which had a view as promised. The room...

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
