We visit your place few years back and doing review wasn't popular yet but It's not too late to say thank you for making our stay memorable. We live like a Parisian for a week, theatre, moulin rouge & la fayette are just few blocks away. We're not a heavy breakfast eater, we appreciate good coffee & fresh breads. There...

Jerome Ricateau advertised a special for 75 euros/night on Trip Advisor and I booked this past March for an upcoming trip in September. In June Jerome sent me an email advising me he was increasing the price and that he would cancel my reservation if I did not agree. He then sent a second email asking me to wire money...

Hello, There was a complete misunderstanding as I do not book via Trip Advisor anymore. I should have made that clearer from the start and not send my old booking form. The special price was an old promotion that was not valid anymore. I apomogize for the deception this might have caused. Kind regards, Jérôme

We stayed in this b&b accomodation for three nights. Room nice and clean but the towels (one per person) were not changed and the room and the bed were not made during our stay. The house is centrally situated near Place de Clichy in a quiet dead end street. Toilet privat but not en-suite. Breakfast more simplistic than advertised (no...

I am sorry to read such poor comments when my guests didi not mention anything everyday I asked them whether everything is ok. First of all about the breakfast everybody LOVES the Fresh breakfast we serve them ON the other hand for 80 euros including breakast you cannot have a buffet breakfast with everything. The jam is home made I...

Have never done a B&B in Paris before, but it turned out to be the best for me. After that plane trip from Sydney, to a cosy, quiet, no fuss homely room, was the best. Hosts are easy to be with, and interested in my journey and austalia. We shared a wine in the evenings after my huge days and...

Small but cosy place in a nice, quiet street within biking distance (Velibs (rent-a-bikes) are just around the corner) of just about every highlight in Paris. Great value if you compare with hotels in the area, and much better service. Owners are friendly without being intrusive.

My friend and I spend three nights there! The location was great and room was clean and cozy. Jérôme and Francisco were really helpful, restaurants that they recommended were absolutely delicious!

We're glad we booked this B&B. The room and very clean. The bathroom is inside the room and restroom just outside our door. Nobody to share the restroom with so it's a plus. Jerome and Francisco are very warm and are helpful in giving us directions to places to see and eat. The place is near 2 metro stops and...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights back in Nov 2012. Jerome & Francisco (and their 2 cats!) were great hosts. Some mornings were more quiet than others, but an amicable sort of quiet. We didn't see them much in the evenings, but we usually came back late. They had nice recommendations for their area, and lent us...

Stayed in a paris for 4 nights here - location could not have been more perfect - metro stop nearby and walking distance to most places. The room and ensuite was very clean. Breakfast was something I looked forward to as well. I enjoyed my stay here despite being afraid of cats!

Me and my mom had a short stay in Paris and cam across this B&B on the internet and booked it. We're glad we did. The room was so well decorated and suuuuuper duper squeaky clean. There was not a single dust! It felt like I was just in my own room, we felt very comfortable. It smelled really nice...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
