Located in a quiet area of Paris away from the heavily touristy areas, but still easily reachable by metro.
The lobby area wasn't overly big, but it was designed efficiently well. Check in staff was friendly and the process was quick and smooth.
Stayed in the Hyatt Suite King and the room was great with a separate living and sleeping area. The bed was comfortable and I had no complaints. Past the bedroom in a straight line from the living was the bathroom, which also was pretty spacious with a separate shower and bathtub. The free bag of bath salts provided a nice bathtub soaking experience one night and the Dyson Supersonic hairdryer was extra fancy for hotel standards!
The room windows faced the courtyard inside and at first I was bummed about the views, but actually it wasn't too bad, and also because the windows didn't face out onto the street, it was a lot quieter, so that was a plus. I did notice the rooms were somewhat on the darker side. Maybe the rooms with the street views weren't as dark?
Also had the opportunity to try out their breakfast at the dinning/lounge area behind the lobby and it was good. There was a nice selection of bread and the latte tasted good.
Overall had a great stay and wouldn't mind staying here again.

Booked a room for 2 nights on a business trip. Early arrival at hotel was met by attentive doorman and warm and welcoming front desk staff. Room was ready (despite early arrival) and upgraded (modestly), which was appreciated. Hotel is well maintained - it looks smart and clean. Assigned room was of good size (for Paris), was well and nicely furnished and came with the expected amenities for this chain. I particularly liked that they offered multiple electrical outlets for US plugs (and USBs). However, the room did not offer a working desk that required I worked in a somewhat less ideal configuration for some hours. Lobby was nicely appointed and was attached to a glass ceiling room that brought in a lot of natural light. Breakfast selection (came with rate) was broad - from continental to selection of egg-based offerings. Staff throughout was courteous, attentive and friendly. Location of the hotel was also great for local attractions, viz Lourve etc.

We stayed at this hotel last night. A regrettable experience. No room service, no breakfast. We understand hotel services are reduced during the pandemic. But here, there were simply none at all. We had to order food on deliveroo. There was even no receptionist after 7pm. Services in the room subpar as well. Couple of instant coffee packets and a kettle in the room. Shower water didn't evacuate properly. Only one towel.
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Overall however, you either make sure you can provide basic services expected of a Hyatt hotel, or charge less than the usual fair.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in the Family Room with our teenage sons and had plenty of space. Rooms, hallways, lobby, lounge, and restaurant were stylish, clean and spotless. Everyone we met at the service desk was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was almost invisible, yet rooms were clean and fresh when we returned from sightseeing, sort of like magic. Couldn't have been better.

Loction is excellent, close enough to metro if you decide to go to major attractions that are not walkable. Otherwise, you can walk to the Louvre, place de la Concorde, Fontaine de Mers, Luxor Obelisk, Ponte Alexandre III, L'eglise de la Madeleine, Champs Elysees, L'Opera and Arc du Triomphe. Also, close to shops and museums. The staff upon check in were very friendly and helpful. They speak French and English. The room was clean and smelled good. The bed, although firm, was comfortable enough. Daily housekeeping was available (not sure if it's only for elite members). Being a globalist member, I was upgraded to a bigger room. Daily complimentary bottled waters were provided (for elite members). The first room assigned was without a view and the sink was not draining but it was fixed immediately when I let them know. However, on the 4th night, I tried to use the bath tub but ended up not using it because the water didn't drain (or so I thought). Later on, after fiddling around with it I figured out that you have to twist something in order for the tub to drain. The shower collected water after a few mins of use, probably due to clogged drain, I'm not sure. All these were brought up to the front desk and they assigned me a new room (with a city view), which was available in the evening.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with how efficient the hotel staff handled the problems I've encountered. They've made my stay wonderful and memorable! Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine. We were thrilled at the service. We were pleasantly greeted with a sparkling glass of champagne and shown to our room It was small as big city hotels tend to be but had everything we needed. Bottled water each day, great housekeeping, coffee machine and a comfortable bed. The service, however, was very BIG. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. The happy hour each evening was a bonus. The location is great as we walked to most of the iconic Paris sights. the front desk were welcoming and helped me find a wonderful place nearby (Michel K Salon) to get my hair done for a wedding. We have now found our home in Paris for any future trips. Congratulations to the hotel for a superior hotel.

I consider The Hyatt Madeline to be my address in Paris as my family and I have stayed here between. 50 and 100 nights over the past decade, typically an annual trip in late summer. (Currently I’m Globalist status, highest in Hyatt program.) Having said that, I feel that the hotel is operating better now than ever before! The Hyatt Madeline is the perfect balance of luxury, location, familiarity and friendliness like a blend between a boutique hotel and a Park Hyatt, which is appropriate because this was the original Park Hyatt Paris before then current one was finished.
The cuisine program is excellent and at a very high standard under Chef Sebastian Roux. All the ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and all the dishes I have ordered are delicious. I consider the food to have reached a destination worthy level. In particular, I implore you to order the “Supreme farmhouse poultry roasted with bay leaf” (room service) as it is a dish I have thought about for the past year since my last visit. We just finished eating a late evening burger tonight and appreciate the Chef Julien preparing it late as the kitchen was transitioning. Breakfast is always satisfying and also is to a great standard.
I always work from the room and have found the internet to be good with no problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we always look forward to returning each year. This is also a location which is central but a good mix of office workers, residents and modest tourist traffic.
My suggestion is to request a room along the front of the hotel, Blvd Malesherbes if possible to get the full Parisian experience.

Stayed for two nights. The reception staff was extremely nice got my room very early in the morning. The room service and cleaning also very satisfying. The only problem that for a 5 star hotel the room was extremely small so price wise it was quite overpriced...

When they told us that we would not be permitted in our room until 6 PM as they were allowing another guest check out late and continue to use the room we were paying for they indicated that we could shower if desired in the fitness center so I guess so.
