Loved the location, got upgraded to a large, and very nice room. But the conceirge couldn't/wouldn't find us a car and driver to get to the race track. He insisted it wasn't possible. And was really rude about refusing to search for one. When we asked to speak to the manager he didn't call us back. Finally we called him and...

It's excellently situated in the heart of Paris, very comfortable, and, nevertheless it seems not too popular indeed, as it almost always have rooms. Its bar is the most calm and relaxing bar in Paris, with its luxurious, but not gaudy decorum. Their brasserie, alas, some years ago lost its ancient XIX century charm to give place to ugly modern...

I am a gold member with Hyatt. I chose this hotel for a few reasons. 1. I trust the Hyatt brand. 2. The location could not be more prime. Pros: Clean, friendly staff, multi-lingual, amazing location (very central to most areas). Cons: For $500+ a night, I expect more. We asked for a king bed. The room had two full...

The hotel is in a great location - In terms of location, the hotel is a five-star but the truth is that the hotel is not a five star hotel - it is a Parisian four-star level. The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. Breakfast is varied, but is certainly not worth of its price - (when the hotel...

We stayed here in September, the location is great, the rooms are outdated and smell of humidity but i have found that in Europe this is very common specially so centrally located. I left a pair of shoes when i checked out, called two days later to pick them up and they were nowhere to be found, basically however cleaned...

We stayed in the Hotel du Louvre for one night only on our way home from Europe, in two rooms, with our teenage daughters and 11 year old son. My husband, son and I shared a triple room, which was huge. My son had a sofa bed, which was made up before we got there, which obviously but unfortunately took...

Have stayed at this hotel many times, I think that it is in the best position for shopping (Rue Saint Honore & Place Vendome), it is right at the steps of The Louvre and close to Musee d'Osay as well as walking distance to most of the best of Paris. Make sure that you get a room with an outside...

The hotel is in a 19th century building, which is much more to my taste than the "modern" hotels. It's a small hotel; only 5 stories high. The lobby is small, but there's a bar and a restaurant (both very expensive). However, there's a small supermarket less than 5 minutes away, so you can avoid ordering breakfast. There's a small...
