Great location. Friendly Staff. Delicious free breakfast. It is the 3rd time I choose this hotel. I love the CITY K room, with the bed facing the CANAL de SAINT MARTIN. The staff is always available to help us with our questions.

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The staff are welcoming and generous. The rooms themselves are modern and well designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious and great for a long soak in the bath after a long day wandering Paris.

We had an AMAZING couple of days. The hotel is close to two train stations! Le gare Est and Le gare Nord. It was an easy five minute walk to our hotel down a picturesque street strewn with boutiques, bakeries and cafes.

This was my second time staying at Le Citizen and I can't wait to return. It's such a gorgeous boutique hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who offer great coffee on arrival. The beds and sheets are fantastic quality and the breakfasts are delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Canal St Martin, with lovely cafes, bars and...

Located right next to the Canal St Martin, surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord, Le Citizen is a small hotel perfectly located as a base for a weekend in Paris. Starting with the "positives" - firstly, the staff could not have been more helpful, kind and friendly; secondly, breakfast (included...

I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when in Paris. The location is perfect - right on Canal St Martin which has lots of surrounding bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean and staff were helpful. I'd probably try and book the Suite rather than the standard room next time as the bed was only a...

I had a wonderful time at Le Citizen. The room overlooked the St. Martin canal, a fun area off the typical tourist path, but close to Gare du Nord, with people young and old enjoying picnics and sedate parties sitting on the wall of the canal. No worries about noise though - the modern double pane windows kept the noise...

We stayed in a Citizen Suite for one night during the Euro Cup. Online booking, check-in and check-out were smooth. Friendly, always available staff. Buffet breakfast including a great selection and could be eaten in the restaurant or in your room. Reliable WiFi. Free minibar. Two bathrooms. Everyone was happy! Lots of great cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Our favourites...

Reception staff was extremely helpful, attentive and kind. Room was comfortable and clean. Area was a great alternative to busier locales - cool and great restaurants just round the corner, hip shops, very pleasant stroll along the canal Saint Martin.

This small, stylish hotel on the Canal St Martin is a real gem. Everything from the room--which includes breakfast, a free mini-bar/fridge, top of the line design--to the staff rate five stars. The location is off the usual tourist path in the 10thA, which is easily accessed if you are coming by train -- Gare De L'Est and Gare Du...
