The staff was friendly and the room nicely furnished. The location was great with several metro stations near by. We were only a few blocks away from Notre Dame cathedral and within walking distance from the Louvre. The staff is bilingual as well.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel! We were on holidays with an 11 months old baby and were well looked after by the hotel staff. Hotel arranged for baby cot before we arrived and allowed us to check-out late free of charge so baby could have some sleep before journey home. It was very nice gesture, we appreciated it and...

This hotel was simply wonderful. The location was great as it is very central, close to metros and sights in a beautiful part of the city. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room itself, which was a "classic" (the most basic and smallest at the hotel) was a good size (not huge but very comfortable) with windows all the...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in January and found it to be great. The service is warm and friendly and the room more than adequate with a lovely balcony and view. The location is great for exploring all of Paris and next to the Metro station for easy access straight to CDG airport with no changes by...

This was a great find. Very comfortable beds with nice bed linen. Small but light and sunny room with nice views over the roof tops of the Latin Quarter (we were on the 4th floor). The bathroom had a bath and shower and all very clean. Breakfast in bed for no extra cost! Good continental Breakfast….freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot...

My husband and I spent a fantastic 3 day stay at Hotel Parc Saint Severin over New Year and it was absolutely perfect for the price that we paid through Hotwire. Fantastically located in the heart of the Quartier Latin and a stones’ throw from Notre Dame and Pont Neuf, it felt like a little home from home. It’s true...

I expected more for the price. Reception carpet was really grubby when we arrived early and public loos used to freshen up were adjacent to a very smelly laundry/kitchen. Beds were comfortable, but the kindest way I can describe the room was quaint, think 1990's b&b. Previous guests had kindly left some half eaten cheese in the mini bar, which...

The first thing I noticed upon entering this hotel was the dirty carpet on the ground floor and then I thought a 4 star hotel in Paris in the Latin quarter with a dirty carpet mmm... The staff were very professional. Once I got into my room I was very pleasantly surprised and the room which was on two levels...

This is a small, charming, I guess it could be called "boutique" hotel, 27 rooms on 7 floors, The location is wonderful > on a pedestrian walkway, steps from restaurants, shops, bistros, transportation and the Seine. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are small, as is common in hotels throughout France in older, stylish buildings, but clean, quiet...

We have been to Paris many times, staying in different ares of the city, but this area is our favorite. It is within walking distance of Notre Dame and the Musee National du Moyan Age (Cluney Museum) and the Pantheon. This hotel is at the edge of a pedestrian area with many restaurants and shops. It in front of Saint...

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
