Stayed with a friend in a Superior room. The room was quite big and comfortable. Nice decor. The staff was always really helpful and polite. Due to a small inconvenience (caused by another guest, not the hotel), they gave us a complementary tickets to a cruise on Signe, a very nice gesture. The room was clean and had everything you... Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most all speak English. Stayed 3 nights part of Viking River Cruise. Breakfast was very good with many healthy options. Lounge/Bar service was excellent. Gym is very good and located in the basement. It was like working out in a castle but completely updated with modern equipment. Location was amazing.

The hotel has gained a lot by the renovation work that has been undertaken over the last 2 years. The hotel is well located and practical. Rooms are fine, for Parisien standards one of the best in this price category. Best you ask for a room that is not on the side of the street. Breakfast is standard.

The biggest sin in the hotel industry is to miss a customer wakeup call especially with all the technology nowadays. Management should go back to the drawing board and staff training. Guest amenities should by at guest disposal inside the room and not upon ordering them from reception. Last but not least management switched system from Air-conditioning to winter mod... More

This is such a great little find, the hotel is beautifully clean, and very chic. The staff are a delight, The rooms are clean with everything you need, kettle with Tea making facilities, a Robe and slippers and hair dryer even a bottle of water beside the bed. Its also right on the Champs-Elysees and the metro is right outside.

Very good stay. This was a pre stay with Viking cruise lines. The hotel is well located Champs-Elysees, metro sub stations, good restaurants, and other things. The room was very nice a little small but typical European. We enjoyed our three day stay.
