It is cleaned. The hostel receptionist is very fluent english so you will got no issue with communication. There is elevator so no worries if you have heavy luggage. Room is small but suffice. Location is great. Overall I recommend this place!

Close to 2 train stations (Abssess and Blanche), walking distance to Moulin Rouge, AND Starbucks. Great breakfast in the morning, well, compared to most hostels, friendly staff. Cleaning lady is a bit rude.
