Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean . The staff were excellent, reception helpful and breakfast(an extra) was more than adequate. Location was good , beeing close to bus...

This hotel is spotletlessly clean. The staff at reception are exceptionally kind and helpful. On the other hand it is not, as advertoied elsewhere by any reckoning a 3*** hotel but a 2** or 1* one. The room was totally bereft of any luxury whatsoverver. They say in French "le petit minimum". This also applies to the furnishings, which could...

I really liked this hotel, the staff were friendly and funny (a great plus) and it is in a beautiful location, we walked pretty much everywhere. About 25 minutes to the louvre or Notre dame. The hotel itself was quite nice, our room was clean and had a great shower. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice hotel with kind staff. Rooms are small but comfortable. If you want to slepp well, ask for a room in a carm side (not Martyrs street, it's very noisy!) Location is perfect - very close to Opera (15 min by foot), metro (3 min), shops

The hotel is in a very good location, supermarket, bars and plenty of eateries to chose from. The hotel is in need of some decoration to bring it back up to scratch, my room was good enough for what we wanted and paid for. The breakfast was very good value compared to prices outside. The staff was more than helpful...

The hotel's location is good, with two Métro stations nearby, a choice of eating places, and a short walk to Montmartre and Sacré Coeur. However, it is let down by several failings. It claims to be 3* rated, but even allowing for the higher cost of hotels in a capital city it does not provide facilities or value at 3*...

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
