It is located very near Gare du Nord, which is a central hub for trains going most places and is a Metro stop. However, it does not seem to be in a good area/street. It appears to be run down on the inside also. I got there about 1500, and the reception lady would not let me check in until...

Stayed here for a night in a private room. The room was looked clean but didn't feel clean. The bed was indented in the middle so with two people sleeping in it, it made for an uncomfortable night. The bathrooms were tiny. Not enough space in the shower to bend over and pick up something off the floor. The elevator...

Had some really great staff but rooms especially the bathrooms need work. Bathroom in my room was very moldy and had tiles falling apart. In a good location only about 5 minutes walk from gare du nord, lots of places to eat and grocery stores close by.

My family and I arrived on 29 dec. 2012 at about 2 but we were advised that check in time is only at 4. When we came back in the evening, one of the rooms were not cleaned..as if someone has just slept on the bed, rubbish on the floor. When we told the she kept saying she don't know...

The place is old and rusty, not well-maintained. The receptionists were rude. They urged my family and I to leave the hotel just because we made a few bad comments about the hotel. The rooms were not cleaned and the housekeepers refused to clean when asked to. The elevator is too small to fit luggages. The bunk beds had no...

This hostel is just a few minutes walk from Gard du Nord, so very handy for Eurostar. The prices are cheap for Paris, and this is reflected a little in the decoration and upkeep but the rooms were clean, there was a kettle, clean towels and very good quality sheets. Breakfast is basic but good enough and there is a...

The staff at Vintage Hostel was absolutely wonderful! They were helpful, accommodating, spoke English well, and were willing to help us with our many requests about the internet. If I was rating the hostel based solely on the staff, it would get five stars. Also convenient is the nearby metro station (Anvers) that is barely a 5 minute walk from...

This is not your swankiest place to stay in but in an expensive city like paris, with friends why not. Staying by pair: you get a room with a TV, towels and ammenities. Staying with friends there are none of those. Still get a good view though, just like in Moulin Rouge, and what do you know?! The station Anvers...

Paris is very expensive, so for the price, the value is good Overall it is in a great location. We took a train from the airport and walked to Vintage hostel. Upon arrival, we were quickly placed in our room and it was a very small room but it worked. The breakfast is not very good, nor is the room...

Have been here thrice in all my stays in Paris and has never been disappointed. The hostel is 10-minute walk away from Gare du Nord and is situated in one of the most diverse and culturally rich districts of Paris, Montmarte. Despite its location which some may deem far, all the tourist sights are an easy hop via the metro...
