drove to paris to stop at this hotel expectations weren't high as it was a budget hotel and didn't have restaurant or bar on first impressions small and old like the area. but we were greeted with a smile checked in and were given a key fob to park our car in an underground parking area about 200 yrds away...

Myself along with 6 others stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. Great experience and hospitality at the hotel. I am already missing Chateau d' Eau :( The area is subjected to your opinion, personally myself and my family had no problem with the people and area thus enjoyed our stay!

The room was okey, small but okey.. and the locatsion was good too..if you like to walk ..because it was about 15min walk from Seine river, and the metro just around the corner too,so it's good if you gome from airport.

Just got back from a four night stay and I don't think this hotel deserves all the bad reputation. The rooms are quite small but this is normale in a three star hotel in Paris: they were clean and so were the beds;the staff will change your towels every day if you leave them on the floor(this means "dirty, please change")....

Very dirty hotel. The name sounds like near opera of paris but is si far. Arround the hotel it's not nice and very noisy. The reception IS not fair and has not Be abble to clean my room. At the end they give me an other room but with the same problem. Don't choice IT

I booked this place during a business trip to Paris, because it was not far from my client. This place is old and dirty. There was not even soap in the bathroom. A nightmare!!! 120€ B&B for one night is a rip off. I will never make a mistake again.

Avoid this place at all costs. It is in a terrible area, prostitutes, gangs and vagrants line the street. Terrible rooms, the furniture looks like it was retrieved from a skip. My TV stand was an old cardboard box which had been 'up cycled' from it's previous life as a printer toner box. The fridge didn't work, the shower width...

My husband booked this hotel as it is close to the metro. Be warned if you intend to sleep on a Saturday night, take earplugs! The small fridge in our room did not cool. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom which was miniscule, the person at reception said he could not do anything about it as he was...

I had a very hard time booking a one night stay with a business colleague whereby we needed twin bedded accomodation at the last minute. The booking was also midweek whilst two major trade fairs were running. So it was a great relief to find that this hotel had a "Quad bed room" available according to Late Rooms. But........when we...

Holes in ceiling, hair in shower and sewage leaking from the toilet. Receptionist rude and you can't book the airport shuttle unless if you are there 2 days in advance and even then they charge 18euros (compared to 9euros by train). Avoid at all costs.
