Faultless. We stayed for one night only and I could just have taken up residence! Our room (103) was massive - I've stayed in Paris hotel rooms smaller than the bed! Furniture was a mix of dark wood and painted reproduction right down to the mini bar, the ceiling - even the bathroom - had lovely dark beams and, if...

Conveniently located, close to Madeleine metro, and an easy walk from the Opera Garnier which means you can get the Roissybus to and from CDG airport which is much cheaper than a taxi. The hotel is clean and reasonably modern. The room was small but not cramped (especially for Paris!), and the bathroom was good. The receptionist when we checked...

We visited the hotel for 5 days in July/August 2007 and enjoyed the time a lot. First of all, the hotel took into account our special request and gave us a room with a balcony - excellent! I had sent an email to the BW-site and asked for it, also informing that we'll arrive late. The person in the front...

We stayed at the Folkestone Opera for 4 nights and it was perfect for our needs. We wanted a room with 2 single beds, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and a central location, and the Folkestone delivered. Knowing that rooms tend to be small in Europe, we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and of the bathroom....

We had a very bad experience at this hotel and will never return. Upon check in we were informed our guaranteed non-smoking room was not available and we would have to take a smoking room. When I asked if the next night we could be moved to a non-smoking room I was told there was a room but we would...

Situated in a vibrant, safe and central part of Paris ,the Folkstone Hotel was a lovely place to stay in this most wonderful of cities. Yes,the rooms aren't the biggest, but we loved the cosy atmosphere that the room exuded. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and the decor was fine. Staff were most friendly and everso helpful, the breakfast ladies were a pleasure...

I took my partener to paris for his 50th birthday. The hotels location was very good and one of the reasons I went for it. You also know that best Western hotels have certain standards. Yes the rooms were small, but I had read about that on trip adviser. When we arrived there was a box of loose chocolates 3/4...

Best western Folkstone Opera in Paris. If you want to stay in a shoebox size room, this hotel is perfect for you. We had a reservation for 10 nights but we left after one night because of the above conditions. The brochure and pictures are misleading

Stayed for 4 nights. Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Madeleine Metro, 5 minutes walk from Opera, Galleries Lafayette and Roissybus. Rooms are OK, pretty small but that can be expected in this area. A/Cdid not work too well, and when we told the receptionist she said she would check, but nothing was done. Breakfast was also OK, but...

We stayed a week in Paris at this hotel. The reviews were all pretty good so we took a chance. Hotel rooms in Paris are small but this room was Very Very small. The A/C didn't work properly and the girl at the desk didn't seem to care. The elevator is only big enough for two people and made bad...
