Wonderful experience. Location and views were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were sumptious and quiet, along lovely wide carpeted corridors. Well-equipped with minibar and tea/coffee EXCEPT for only one measly tea bag for 2 people per day - and if you want an extra one you have to pay for it! (Not everyone likes...

We have not stayed overnight at this hotel yet, we will in November, but just visiting the bar for a drink convinced us to stay there. The interior is unbelievable! Beautiful! Wonderful! Classic elegance. The staff were so nice and attentive and all this just from one drink in a bar! We hope our stay will be as pleasant as...

This time a was nicely surprised to stay in hotel in Paris where everything was just fine. Starting with the people : from the door man to the reception staff really friendly and helpful people - with one exception : the breakfast staff. Those arrogant young men serving a little bid at breakfast have to learn to treat their guests...

We stayed as a family of four in two adjacent rooms. Having travelled extensively on business, alone and the last few years with the family, five star means not a lot to me. It is rather the small details in my book that make the difference. For example, as opposed to ordering breakfast in your room and getting vaguely what...

We had a great stay. The facilities are a bit dated and decoration could use a little lifting in public areas and in the bedroom. However everything else was perfect. Location is amazing, with easy access to Tuileries gardens, subway and Louvre area. Windows were facing the statue of Jeanne d'Arc! Service was attentive and the friendly staff always willing...

Service at here was great. Every staff is helpful and friendly. However, the room, and the hotel are too old. They do renovated this hotel, but the renovation is not enough. I expected more for the price you are paying. Staff could've been more friendly I guess ... the doorman are the nicest among the rest.
