For location this is a perfect introduction to Paris. We chose it because of the proximity to Notre Dame, Orsay and Le Louvre but it is also walkable (45 minutes along the Seine) to the Eiffel Tower if you have the time. Across the road is the RER C line which will take you to Versailles in less than an...

Right on the Seine, opposite Pont Neuf, centrally located and in the Latin Quarter. It is easy to access all tourist destinations and shopping in all directions. It is also right in the centre of the Restaurant strips. Very handy. The Hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are standard Paris size, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is an extra...

We booked an apartment and got a nice quiet room with kitchen facilities on the 1st floor at the rear of the hotel. No Seine view but the advantage is that the street at the back of the hotel is very quiet and there are no disturbances during the night. The hotel staff were excellent and the location is superb....

While they say in their web site that all rooms are air-conditioned this is not true. Air-conditioning (cooling) is turned on only in May. If you lucky like I was to get a whole week of warm weather in Paris in April the rooms are too warm to sleep in. They put up a sign that says "to provide optimum...

Hi, my Wife and I previously visited this Hotel in October and were disappointed, my previous review refers. I had booked a studio room (my error, I thought it would be bigger..) and this coupled with the constant lift noise from outside our room made our trip disappointing. Still good, just not wow. Traveling with my mom and her friend and we had so much space. It felt like we rented an apartment. Staff are not the best, but friendly and the location and comfort made up for it. Stayed here for 2 weeks Oct 2014. Excellent historic position overlooking the Seine (upper floor, beautiful view), close to main sites; Notre Dame, Louvre, monuments, start of Champs Elysees, Left bank shops, restaurants, etc. Handy to Metro and RER. Could walk to most museum. A weekly Metro and Bus pass (Navigo Découverte?) was done to death- great value for getting...

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighbourhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighbourhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.

Your Apart Hotel offers you an uninterrupted view of the banks of the Seine and its bookshops that will plunge you into a typically Parisian atmosphere. The Pont-Neuf, the oldest bridge in Paris, is directly opposite your door. Cross it to reach the Ile de la Cité and Notre-Dame. You can then head off to drink a hot chocolate at the Café de Flore, one of the iconic institutions of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. In the afternoon, why not go to sample one of the famed ice-creams at Berthillon, on the Ile Saint-Louis? But perhaps you would prefer to go shopping along Rue de Buci, visit the Louvre or stroll along the paths of the Luxembourg gardens. For your evening, don't forget to book a theatre seat at the Théâtre de la Ville, the Théâtre de l'Odéon or the Théâtre du Châtelet. Whether you are in Paris on business or for your holidays, our serviced apartments hotel offers you modern accommodation that is suited to your needs.
