Nestled in the heart of Paris, Canopy By Hilton Paris Trocadero is applauded for its prime location, mere steps away from iconic landmarks and local dining. Guests enjoy the modern ambiance and spacious rooms that boast comfort and style, along with the rooftop views and delectable breakfast. Service is largely commendable for its friendliness, although there have been occasional lapses in responsiveness. While the hotel's cleanliness and amenities generally meet expectations, some visitors have raised concerns about room upkeep and questioned the overall value for the price.

Such a great place to stay in Paris! Jose and Ester along with all the front desk staff were excellent. The cleaning staff was friendly and always resupplied are Nespresso machine, toilet paper and towels. They do come after 3pm which is OK. The room is large compared to others in Paris. HARD mattress is only complaint but not enough to lower the rating. Large shower is great. The rooftop view is amazing. Walking out of the hotel daily is a treat. I did not get the breakfast (39€ per person per day) because of so many other options in the area. We arrived early and were treated very nicely. They held our back and let us freshen up in the Transfer Room. Very nice. Highly recommended.

Hotel's Favourite
Our family had the opportunity to stay at the Canopy Trocadero during a recent trip to Paris. Location: With this being our first trip internationally with kids, we were looking for wow effect and the Canopy delivers it in spades. As you reach the street it is located on, you are greeted by a very visible Eiffel Tower. Our daughter was floored by just how close the hotel was to it. The location is located about a mile northwest of the Eiffel Tower across the Seine (maybe a 20 minute walk). While the hotel resides away from the some of Paris’ major attractions like the Louvre, Invalides, and Champs Elysees, it is a 5 minute walk to a metro station that can you you there quickly. Food: We did not try the rooftop restaurant, but did enjoy the daily continental breakfast. The pastries were a hit as were the Damman Freres teas. Service: This is where the hotel excels. We’re not an overly taxing family with respect to hotel requests, however, each time we had a question (e.g. directions to a grocery store, setting up a taxi for our departure), the hotel’s staff went over and beyond the call of duty. A specific example was the night before we left, as I asked about said taxi, one of the employees at the desk (Jose Luis) noted that our family would be departing before breakfast. He offered to provide us with a couple of pastries to ensure that we had a snack for our flight. My wife and I were highly appreciative of the gesture and experienced a similar commitment to customer service from the entire team from front desk to housekeeping. When we return, the Canopy will be the property we stay at.

This is the closest Hilton to the Eiffel Tower. Located in the Trocadero district, you're within walking distance of several restaurants, museums and of course, the Eiffel Tower. If you have a room with a street or Eiffel Tower view then you're in luck! The service and staff here at the hotel are amazing! We specifically came back for Bernadette (Bernie) who works the front desk, because she is so accommodating and so sweet! The breakfast spread is amazing and they offer free refillable water jugs for each room (which a lot of hotels do not). Thank you again to Bernie who always greeted my son and I with a smile, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We will be back again soon!

We just returned to the states after a four night stay at the Canopy Paris. Incredible doesn’t really do it justice. The hotel itself is amazing. It’s new, has all the bells and whistles and they have thought of everything. Rooms are well appointed and wonderfully comfortable. We had a balcony room and enjoyed coming back after a full day exploring the city, opening the balcony door and grabbing a small rest before heading out for dinner. The service team is kind and helpful with recommendations. Ruslana was super helpful in getting our two rooms close to each other. Thank you. We enjoyed their daily breakfast and our morning coffees and a nightly beverage at the bar. And the location! It’s pretty amazing to walk out the front door each day and see the Eiffel Tower staring back at you. Also be sure to checkout the rooftop restaurant. Unmatched views of the city and Eiffel Tower and great bites and drinks.

The rooms are really nice and our Jr. Suite was spacious. I really appreciated the tub we had in the room. Everything feels new and the bed is really comfortable. The room had a nice view of the tower from our window. The best view is from the rooftop. They serve food and drinks and the hostess is amazing.

Fantastic property. You have a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop terrace of this hotel. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The service was impeccable. We love the restaurant and their attention to detail especially the breakfast buffet. The staff was extremely helpful. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

We loved this hotel as we booked through Amex (gave us $100 food and beverage credit) and my wife’s status with HHonors gave us free breakfast. Service was superb. Breakfast was excellent. My wife would have given it four stars and I would have given it five stars. She said she had to kill two small bugs in the room. I didn’t see them but it is Paris. Also, she said the floor needed to be mopped. Housekeeping did a great job of working around our mess. We are a family of four so the sofabed was set up. Having a separate water closet made it easier to use the bathroom. There were enough electrical connections throughout the room but don’t forget your travel adapter if flying in from the US or UK. I have to reiterate that the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would stay there again just for the food. The location to the Eiffel Tower was great although that means one is a little farther from the Louvre and things in that area. To walk to the Eiffel Tower, it probably took 15 minutes. I liked the safety net of needing one’s room key to activate the elevator. My only wish is that the televisions allowed us to access our apps like Netflix or Prime Video.

The Canopy Hilton brand has become one of my favorite hotel brands after an incredible stay at the London property, so when faced with daunting task of sorting through hundreds of hotel options in Paris I was so happy to find a Canopy and booked without hesitation. I am so glad we did as it is another incredible property from the Canopy team. They have really thought out quite well what travelers want--all the conveniences and comforts of a modern hotel but with a neighborhood/boutique feeling like it is blended into the surrounding area with great vibes and amazing service from the moment you step inside. The service was all so amazing, from the welcoming front desk letting us check in early, to even a worker on the elevator inquiring how our trip was going so far to the rooftop bar team who squeezed us in for a quick drink even without having a reservation, going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable and relaxing. The room was so spacious (difficult to find in Paris), clean, modern and comfortable with a nice chic design. I love Canopy's curved headboard design which makes the lighting a soft glow throughout the room and is a beautiful focal pint. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The location could not have been better, just down the street from the Eiffel Tower and near delicious restaurants, cafes all easy to walk to in a beautiful part of Paris. Three tips/recommendations: -If you want to eat/drink at the rooftop bar/restaurant I would recommend making a reservation, we didn't and walked in around 7:30 just wanting a quick drink to end the night and they were super kind in fitting us in until they needed the table at 8 for a reservation but it was perfect for us as we just wanted a quick drink and to head back to the room, but if you wanted to relax longer I would recommend making a reservation since it is a beautiful rooftop experience and the views are amazing. -We booked a terrace room instead of a tower view room since we usually love sitting out on a private terrace but looking back we would have preferred the tower view room as the terrace is TINY with only one chair that overlooks the back of the other rooms and "courtyard" of the hotel so it is not a pretty view to look at just modern buildings on all sides. We ended up enjoying the rooftop bar more, so when I come back I would book a view room instead or the terrace with a view room if you are looking to splurge. -Breakfast, we had Diamond status so got the breakfast for free but if I did not have the status I would not spend the extra 60-70 euros/night for breakfast room rate. While it is ver fresh and good with wonderful service it is very small and limited and the a la carte options you can order are just eggs/omlette and french toast and did not seem worth the 30-35 euros per person in city filled with endless cafes and bakeries to get food from. Overall I absolutely loved this hotel, it was such a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here next time I come to Paris.

Rooftop bar with an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower, yes please. What a fantastic hotel close to a few of Paris' top attractions. The staff is incredible and the breakfast is solid. They held our bags and arranged a ride to the airport. They met and exceeded every one of our expectations. It was a perfect ending to our 3 week trip through Europe.
